I had Max C Smith company install my furnace in October 2015. Anytime I have had an issue ( which has not been alot), they are prompt, courteous, and professional! I had Dave come today for my biannual check for my AC and heat. He could not have been nicer! We are so glad we chose Max for our heating and cooling! BIG SHOUTOUT TO DAVE. He was great! I am going to request him if I have any future issues!

In the late winter of 2026, Max C. Smith installed a brand new complete, high efficiency Bryant HVAC sytem, including natural gas furnace, AC, whole house humidifier and air purifier. I am delighted with the results! Previous to the install, I had a 30 year old mid efficiecy NG furnace, no AC, air purifier or humidifier. So far, both my electric and gas bills have not increased at all! My air quality is wonderful, and the temperature is perfect, even in this brutal heat wave. My home was warm and cozy, even on the coldest winter days. The installers were very professional and curteous. They also cleaned up after the job perfectly! I am so happy I found this wonderful HVAC company! Joe Woods was the sales person I dealt with. Joe is exceptionally easy to deal with, no high pressure and he really listened to me. I got exactly what I wanted and asked for. I couldn't be happier with my entire experience! I have no hesitation in recommending Max C. Smith!

Price of labor to replace a capacitor very high, part of the ac check up includes checking supposedly part was still under warranty but labor $195 not covered for something that takes less than 5 minutes to change!
