We had a fantastic experience with Oscar and Cody from Summers Quality Services. They arrived on time, were very polite, and quickly diagnosed our plumbing problem. They pulled the toilet, replaced the seal, reset the toilet and replaced the water connection. They were efficient and very neat, and did a great job for us.

Hector came out today regarding my complaint of my split air unit and vibration noise. Hector investigated the complaint thoroughly to see if there were any mechanical issues with my unit. He found no current issues and provided his assessment of the unit and recommended if the noise starts again to record it for the technician. Hector was very friendly, knowledgeable of my problem and detailed oriented. Very respectful of my property. I would give him 10 stars. The last three techs that have come to my house Hector,Shai and Eric are great.

My central air stopped working suddenly during a recent heatwave. I was referred to this company by a family member who had work done a few years ago and has happy with their service. I did not have the same experience. Their tech came out, did a quick test with no gauges or meters or anything that could confidently point to a faulty component other than an obvious “hard start/kick start” that was clearly damaged. It is an unnecessary part for the unit to perform, but the tech focused on this only. Again, did not test anything else at all with any equipment that could confidently point to a failed component. I was told I needed a new unit and that my compressor was bad. Again, no equipment was used to verify that. Then it was recommended to also replace my furnace if we’re also replacing our central air. I was quoted 13k. I had another company come out for a second opinion, explained what was wrong as well as what took place during the first diagnosis and they couldn’t believe how little was done to condemn the unit. It was just the capacitor. A cheap part that should always be checked alongside other components to see how the unit is doing before condemning the unit entirely. My central air has been working great for two weeks now after replacing the capacitor. The compressor is fine, everything is in spec. Poor work from the tech, pushy sales team. Stay far away from these guys.
