While we mostly work in Philadelphia, Bucks and Montgomery Counties, we also work in parts surrounding areas. We are dedicated to providing superior service and quality craftsmanship and our extensive ductwork knowledge helps us address issues with existing systems and design and install new systems. We are a Mitsubishi Elite Diamond Contractor and Lennox Premier Dealer, also offering some Bryant and Trane equipment. Emergency services are available after hours through our answering service.

I worked with WF Smith on a bespoke project that involved procuring a custom isolation rail and lifting an existing rooftop package unit to install it. I spoke with numerous firms, both residential and commercial, and WF Smith was by far the most responsive and professional. As a result they were able to significantly improve the sound issues we were dealing with that no-one else was willing to take on.

Asked for first appointment of the day. Technician called at 6:50 AM said he was going to arrive at 7:30 AM . Same service technician that was here in the Fall. Professional,competent and courteous. Reliable and serious installers of Mitsubishi mini split system. They consulted with us before making the actual installation to make sure all would be located as we wished. They showed up on time, were diligent and achieved the install in two days (approx 8 to 2). Their clean up was good but we had some residual fine cleaning to do, as is expected. It was not the cheapest quote we got for the work but feel they are a reliable company that will follow up if there are any problems down the road. Support from their office staff to get our PECO rebate was good.
