They showed up as scheduled, on time , with a notification email prior to arrival. A photo of the electrician was included in the email. The troubleshooting was completed in about an hour. Service was reliable , communication was excellent, electrician was professional, and cost was reasonable. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great experience with McVay - we needed a new water heater and they were able to get out to us quickly, provide several options, and repair everything on a schedule that worked for us. Brandon was knowledgeable and found an additional issue while repairing that we were very happy to have fixed before it turned into something bigger! Prices were fair (we had gotten another quote), and we were happy with the work.

Plumbing guys were great! Took care of a list of things professionally and without any run around. Felt they were straight shooters who had my best interests in mind when making recommendations. I’d definitely want them back if any issues arise. Heating/Cooling guy not so much. Glossed over everything quickly. Seemed to be in a hurry to get in and out. Frankly, I didn’t totally believe what he was telling me. Told me my 10 year old Carrier system sucked and I’d have to replace it within three years. Not sure that’s the best approach to building trust. Anyway…that’s where he lost mine.

Our technician discovered that the heat exchanger on our boiler was cracked and blowing lots of carbon monoxide. An hour later Bruce arrived to price a new system for us. We have the installation scheduled for next week. McVay's technicians and employees are always courteous, prompt, helpful and trustworthy. While having to buy a new boiler is not fun, I'm confident that the job will be done right the first time.
