Once again I want to thank Tammy and Rob with Ted Thompson Heating and Cooling! Our air conditioner stopped working on a 90 degree plus day. I called and spoke to Tammy who is the kindest person and within hours Rob came to look at our AC. It simply needed a new capacitor and within an hour he was done and at a very reasonable cost! Our AC is atleast 25 years old and Rob could have suggested a new one rather than fixing ours but that's not how this company operates. They have integrity and are honest. This is the only company we ever call for furnace or AC issues. I can't say enough good things about this company! Thank you!

Ted Thompson Heating and Air is the only company I trust. A few years back I mistakenly had another company check our air conditioning unit and they said I needed an entirely new unit. So, I decided to have Ted Thompson make an assessment and they found nothing wrong with my system (I was willing to have Ted Thompson replace my system...BUT they suggested that there was nothing wrong with my current system!) How about that for integrity! System fine today. I am asking them for a price (don't need a quote, because they earned my trust forever), on a single room (upstairs split system), and I know the work will be done right, timely, based on what I need and priced fairly. What else could anyone ask for. If you have heating and air conditioning needs, and want quality work, with fair pricing and integrity in mind, get the peace of mind you deserve, work with Ted Thompson heating and air conditioning... Our furnace bit the dust, and then our boiler started leaking water. I was worried it would be $$ to fix both. Thompson Heating showed up early, had everything fixed in about an hour, and was so economical I almost cried. They are definitely our go to for any HVAC problem from now on! Absolutely amazing customer service.

I expected the worst as in needing a new furnace & got the best from Thompson Heating. Just needed a good clean & kick start. Tammy was great to speak with setting up the appointment. I requested Thompson HVAC on two separate occasions - fall 2024 and May 2025 . On both occasions my issue was mis diagnosed -Compressor was bad blowing fuses and technician not once but twice replaced the fuses and put Freon on the system when in reality the compressor was bad blowing fuses after a short time of running and was leaking refrigerant If technician would have diagnosed it correctly in 2024 the unit would have under warranty - 5 years So after spending 435 dollars with Thompson I called another HVAC company and found the issue The response time was good but the mis diagnostics cost me a new unit I am appreciative of the owners reaction below to my issue The check for the two mis diagnosed services was received along with a personal note -fyi

Ted Thompson Heating and Cooling was great when our furnace went out! I left a voicemail after hours, not expecting a response until the following morning to schedule, and I received a call within an hour. Rob was at our house by 8am and was incredible with getting our motor fixed quickly. Cannot recommend them enough for getting our heat back on so efficiently!

Thompson heating has been a blessing for many years. Always there always on time. Never seem to be looking for things to repair that aren't needed. This last time during the hottest time of the year, a storm took out my HVAC system causing it to catch fire. They were Johnny on the spot arrived quickly and actually got the repair and replacement done in the shortest time I could have expected. Had our chimney cleaned today by this company near my place in (LOCATION). Dryer Vent Cleaning Service PA were on time, friendly, and professional. Showed us before and after pictures, explained everything they were doing, and were very careful leaving everything clean. Would recommend to anyone with a wood burning fireplace, and will call them again next time.

I'm a new homeowner, and admittedly nowhere close to knowledgable about HVAC. However, we just turned on our heating for the first time since moving in, and noticed an odd sound every 15 minutes or so. I found Ted Thompson and gave them a call, they had someone over right away, and let me know exactly what the issue was (it was not an actual issue, I was just overly concerned 😅).
