Brent is a chain smoking maintenance man with no professional training. He was smoking inside my home. He is not an HVAC professional. I hired him to do a large install. He turned up for an hour at a time, often in the evenings or nights and then would dissappear having completed nothing. This went on for months. My house was damaged due to his incompetence. My pipes froze costing thousands. What little work he did complete (radiant floor) had to be ripped out and redone because he kinked the lines used the wrong materials. In the end I had to hire another company and Brent refused to return the money he was paid

Do not know how this guy has all 5 star reviews online. This is the worst thing contractor that I have ever dealt with a job that was supposed to take him two weeks, took him three months. He kept on saying about that he was busy with a lot of work and couldn't get to me. My thing is, if you're so busy, then why would you accept the job. He would also say he would come 1 day, but not show up until 2 days later, show up late.And just made this experience a lot harder than it needed to be. There are still stuff in the house that needs to be done that. He did not fix says he was going to fix, but he has yet to still show up. And do it. I was patient with him from the jump. But people like this need to be outed out i would not recommend this company at all. I don't even believe he is licensed to do any of this work. Beware of the nonsense that this guy brings.

Life savers! Got home from my night job at 4am on the coldest day in Pittsburgh in ten years to find my furnace had called it quits. Contacted them and they responded within 15 minutes and were at my house in a couple of hours. By the afternoon I had a new furnace. Very professional and efficient team. Used them previously to fix an aging hot water tank that is still functioning thanks to them. Reasonable pricing and prompt service. I highly recommend
