• Chris called to arrive early for complimentary inspection of electrical. He was thorough and informed me of information I was unaware of that did not involve fixes. Pleasant and professional. Okay, I am adding Brian with plumbing to my review as he came by later in the day to perform the plumbing inspection. He was very friendly and professional. Found a small leak under kitchen sink and a leaky valve on toilet. After inspection was done he prepared quote and the work was done before they left. Grateful that these young men were competent and made sure my house was back to being safe. 9/30/2026 Update to the above review. Things have changed with this company and getting through the robot receptionist to speak to someone is impossible. Two different times I have left messages or been told by their tech that someone will call me back and I have not received the call EVER. Work done with the previous electrician had since failed and I was looking to have it repaired but not sure when this will ever happen since communication is terrible.

• Mercurio’s team of Arnold, Chris, Jordan, and Daniel did an excellent job of installing a new 5 ton heat pump system within a 1970s vintage forced air electric system. I appreciated their collective attention to cover all the details including slope of drain pan, caulking conduit penetrations, sealing ductwork, leveling, achieving desired wire/pipe routing, labeling, explaining setup and safety aspects, protecting carpet, commissioning, and cleanup. In particular, it was great that Arnold was able to custom modify the installation a bit (turned unit around) so no rear 20”x30” access had to be carved into the wall - filter and coil maintenance access was able to remain in front. Another example - Jordan reinstalled the surround sound speaker in corner where it had been in the way. I would highly recommend this very professional team which performed exceptional in all regards - very courteous/attentive and efficient at their respective tasks.

• I DO NOT recommend this company. I had to edit this previous 5-star review. I originally had a contract for annual maintenance which included a monthly filter replacement. Then all of a sudden they were coming two times a year and billing me more! I didn’t realize it because it’s direct payment. A woman named Jennifer said she would take care of it and refund the extra costs. Don’t know if that happened but I got a letter stating that my original contract would be “retired” at the end of August. would no longer be valid. And they would come four times a year and charge me even more. Very shady. I have cancelled all maintenance with them and will need to find technicians to work on it now. I did file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and spread the word with my neighbors and friends. Also, There was a piece of plastic that was cracked in the air handler (when it was first installed, and they came back to fix it. Unfortunately, it keeps on popping off. At first they told me I must have had something fall in it. The handler is slightly bulged there. Each time they come out the piece is laying on the floor. The last time they came they said they would take care of it, which they did. However it popped off again. More of an aesthetic thing but you would think they could fix it. $20K for air handler, heat pump, thermostat, duct-cleaning and new power panel. Good price, good technicians but horrible company. My contract also came with a free monthly filter, which when purchased separately is $20/month. So it now costs me $240 more a year. The following review was before this company screwed me over by “retiring” my contract, when I gave them 5-stars. Had Elijah Colglazier perform annual maintenance this morning. He explained everything well. Very helpful.Great service. Techs are very knowledgeable about HVAC and electrical. It was a pleasure working with them. I had a large crew work two days installing an air handler (heater), heat pump, thermostat and a new power panel and duct cleaning. I couldn’t believe how much was done. Very professional and friendly. They didn’t even leave behind any screws. Then today they came back for the third day to commission it. Very impressed with the business and people. It cost $20K to get a new power panel, new thermostat, clean the ducts, put in a scrubber and heat pump and air handler.
