• I had a great experience with Justin from Michael & Son! He came out to diagnose an issue with my A/C unit that wasn’t running and was able to identify and resolve the problem quickly. While he was here he took the time to check my second unit and explain my options for either adding refrigerant or considering a replacement. Justin was knowledgeable, professional and thorough. He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood my options without making me feel pressured to make a decision right away. I appreciated his honesty, helpful recommendations, and the time he took to answer my questions. Excellent customer service. I would recommend Justin to anyone needing HVAC services.

• Joanna, the electrical technician called to let me know approximately when she would be arriving. She asked about the issue of of the plug outlet for the new dryer. while in route to my house. When arriving , we talked again about the issue . She looked at the outlet and explained all about it.
