• I was recommended Travis at Pride Mechanical for my residential AC issues by my neighbor Wally, and he came through great! He was prompt and his troubleshooting wad thorough. He explained everything he was doing in easy to understand terms and made sure he checked with me before doing any additional work. After 2 bigger companies just wanted to sell me replacements and installs, it was nice to have an honest technician who listened to my concerns and gave me honest options. Travis' performance, professionalism, and communication tell me that is how Pride Mechanical does business...you can tell when a company has a good culture to it and based on Travis, I'd say Pride does real well! Travis will now be my "HVAC guy" and I highly recommend Pride Mechanical!

• Not gonna lie This was one of quickest and most pleasant home service calls I've ever had. My AC went down on Saturday. I called Pride Mechanical on Sunday and left a message on their non emergency voicemail. They called me first thing Monday morning, and we set up an appointment for a timeframe that worked with my fairly busy schedule for that day. Really convenient. Got a text saying they were on their way about 5 minutes after the 3 hour appointment window started. They were at my home in like 20 minutes after receiving the text. The inside of my house was kind of messy, but they didn't even need to come inside. They were able to go straight to my units and start their diagnostics less than 3 minutes after arriving at my home. Within about 15 minutes they had successfully figured out and fixed the problem. I could not have asked for a better experience. I was very grateful and impressed. The technicians were polite, friendly (and not aggressively friendly if you know what I mean), and did a great job discussing my HVAC system and answering my questions without getting overly technical or insulting my intelligence by being overly basic. As AC repair experiences go, this was the best I've ever had. The speed of service and professionalism was first class all the way.

• May 20, 2026 at 9:06 AM , received a phone call from a female fro Pride trying to schedule an appointment to service my unit that’s not currently working . She said that someone could be out on Monday which is 3 days later from today . When I asked if possible someone to come out today since it’s cold right now to fix the situation, she rudely referred me back to my props manager to tell them and hung up the phone. No problem solving skills or empathy, just oh well call your property manager and tell him . With a name like Pride Mechanical , you would think that” pride” would be taken on how you handle potential new customers that could use you for other jobs in the future. That boat has sailed now .

• Wonderful!!! I can't say enough how grateful I am with Pride Mechanical & Cooling. My AC went out over the weekend and upon my return needless to say that walking in the house was like a walk in the desert(not quite but anyway). I had got a number to call for another AC repair while I was on my way back into town and left a voice message. I never heard back so I call again in the morning, still no call. So my niece had sent me the number to Pride Mechanical. She said that they had great reviews and now I know why. They were able to come out the same day due to a cancelled service.They did have a slighty higher service fee than another place I had called( but, I figured that the other guys would have calculated the difference on something else anyway.) It was interaction of call with Mrs. Debbie that made stick with Pride.
