If you are looking for a reputable company with great customer service and technically proficient employees, you found it. Sawyer installed my system in 2021. I had a problem with the system shutting off. They came out and quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and fixed my system. ALL under warranty. In today's world, sadly it is hard to find great companies. So when you do, share with others.

Incredible service, professionalism, and integrity. I was being completely scammed by another company. I called Joe for a 2nd opinion and he came out, immediately diagnosed the problem, engineered a solution, and talked me through the entire process and all the data. My first experience with this company was today and very unfortunate, a contractor entered my apartment unit without knocking or permission. He just opened my door right up and once I yelled, he said “wrong apartment” and quickly backed out. They were not there for a job for my unit and we had not even known they were there for any other. What’s crazy is, this almost happened a second time when the other contractor TRIED THE DOOR AGAIN. We had locked it thank goodness, but the second man tried the doorknob without knocking as well. Such invasion of privacy is not a great first experience for the company employed by my complex.

Once again, Sawyer’s to the rescue! Jojo is definitely one of the most knowledgeable, efficient, and fastest responding HVAC guys you will find. Before even arriving, he asked what the problem was and diagnosed it almost immediately. Then once he arrived, he looked over any other potential issues and was able to help me get to the root of the problem. He got my heat working again right away and in not much time at all! I trust his work more than anyone, and I would recommend him fully!

Fastest service you will get in the Hampton Roads area! They don’t overcharge and always go above and beyond to make sure you won’t have another problem down the line. My AC was back on within 2 hours of speaking to them. Extremely fair price too!

LET ME TELL YOU THIS. My experience was EXCELLENT. I reached out to this company on thursday 7/18/24 morning. My ac had went out. All I knew was,I was not cooling the house. I thought it was maybe the motor, but idk. I received EXCELLENT service. In about 24hrs,I had a new motor placed on my unit and a cool house. I was surprised at how reasonably priced my service was,especially for how quickly he responded. I will definitely be using them in the FAR FAR FAR future 😁

Could not have had a faster and more professional experience. My AC went out over night and my house was 80 degrees. Called over 10 businesses in an attempt to have someone come out same day with no luck. Joe Sawyers not only returned my call immediately, but happened to be in the area and came out to my house within the hour! Very friendly, professional experience that will make you not want to ever call anyone else. Joe fixed the issue quickly and gave me tips on upkeep to prevent future issues. Our furnace blower motor went out Christmas Eve day and it was extremely cold outside and in our house. Sawyer's was the only company that answered their phone and Joe came out the same day to diagnose. It took a couple days to get a new furnace but they installed it as soon as it arrived. They showed up with a trailer to haul off our old furnace. 5 months later and everything is working great and the AC is working great with the new install too. Really appreciate the help while we were in a bad spot right at Christmas.

The gentleman that showed to my elderly neighbors was found sitting Indian style on her floor in her bedroom laughing and exhibiting weird behavior then charged 800 for not really sure what and told her he had to eat too when she asked what was done and if problem was fixed. Weird all the way around however we called another company and found the problem choose to go with a new system and they were honest up front and took the proper steps to make sure she understood.

My AC was acting up and not blowing out cool air. I had the pleasure in working with this company to resolve and a technician named 'Chance' came by to assist.
