• Our AC went out just as temperatures for the summer started to rise above 90 degrees. Hamilton showed up from Quality HVAC and Electrical and was able to work a quick solution with switching out the compressor for the outdoor unit. The house started to get cooler within just a few minutes. He was really kind, professional, and personable while he was servicing our unit. Highly recommend going with this company if you’re in the Hampton Roads area and they offer the most reasonable quotes out of any company we researched.

• Ok so I had a literal panic attack when I found that my heat wasn’t working in one of thee coldest winters in years. I reached out to Quality via their website and I immediately got a call asking if I wanted to move up to a closer day and he gave me instructions to try to get heat for the night! The next morning a young lady called and gave me my arrival window. 4-6pm….I received a call from Hamilton around 4:30 or so and said he’d be there in 10 minutes. I get so anxious because you never know what you will get with service contractors but Hamilton was amazing very knowledgeable and personable, he wasn’t looking for ways to get over, he was looking for honest resolution and he found the issue and took care of it and made sure my heat was functioning before he left. That is stellar customer service!! I work in service work, managing floor installers and this is what I expect out of my guys and I run a tight ship lol! Thank you Hamilton and the team at Quality!!

He and Hamilton came back to do the work and I had the most pleasant experience with their service. They introduced themselves. I got to know a little about them and they got straight to work. I kept interrupting to keep them hydrated because my home had gotten to be almost 90 degrees, the attic where they were working was even warmer. • I called Quality HVAC & Electrical early this morning because our AC unit stopped working last evening. Ashley called back quickly and was able to set us up an appointment for the same day. The AC Tech Shawn called in advance to confirm his arrival time. When he arrived, we walked through no AC issue from last evening. Shawn went thru everything with his meters, he shared what he found. All of the measurements were good the system was completely charged, I thought I had a frozen evaporator, and it turn out to be the condensation or water drain pipe backed up and was not draining. While he was here, he also checked the second unit, and discovered some future potential issues to keep an eye. I am truly amazed on the level integrity and honesty, he sent a document of all the measurement for our records documenting everything. He also helped explain everything to my wife in a common person approach explaining everything to her in very understanding way. This save a lot of questions for me. Thanks Shawn. This was a Great HVAC service experience. This is world class operation, and a Top Shelf organization, we both appreciated the level of care, and professionalism we received from this service call. We will be using Quality HVAC & Electrical for any future work we may need. Why would you call anyone else after that great Service Experience? Best of all the service call was only $79. • I called Quality HVAC & Electrical this morning because our AC unit stopped working last night (the same day that an Extreme Heat Warning was issued for our area). Quality HVAC & Electrical was able to set us up with an appointment for the same day. When Shawn arrived he walked me through each step of his process while troubleshooting the issue, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. He also went out of his way to make sure I understood what was and was not working well, and how each component impacted the overall health of the HVAC system. He also patiently helped me document all the details of the diagnostics to share with my husband who was not able to be present during the service call. What stood out about this service call was how thorough Shawn was while diagnosing the issue. He was very knowledgeable and had a clear idea of what the issue likely was, but he kept testing and evaluating until he was satisfied that he found the underlying cause of the equipment failure. When it became clear we needed to replace a major component he went out of his way to speak to the supplier and arrange the shortest timeframe possible (one week vs over a one-month wait). This was the first time we have needed HVAC service in Chesapeake and we both appreciated the level of care, consideration and professionalism we received as a part of this service call. We will 100% be calling Quality HVAC & Electrical for any future work we may need.

He did a proper commissioning of the unit checking important performance indicators. Shawn is extremely knowledgeable, professional, pleasant and timely.
