I had .Missouri Furnace install a complete ac and heat system including a new hot water heater several years ago and I purchase the annual contract which covers spring ac check up and fall furnace check up. I only recall one ac repair to replace a compacitor and one thermastat repair on the hot water heater. Both were handled promptly and professionally, great company.

Called on Monday, was able to get an appointment for Tuesday. My time frame was from 8 to 12. Received an update some time that morning that it would be between 11 and 1. Aaron sent me his profile picture so I would know who to expect. Aaron arrived detected the problem, replaced the part and had my unit up and running in no time. Top notch - in every way! Last winter my boiler unit went down during the coldest week of the year. One company wanted $5-6k for repairs but wouldn't guarantee that it would even work after that. Other companies didn't even want to talk boilers (guess they lacked the knowledge on boiler repair and maintenance). Bob and Aaron from Missouri Furnace came out and cleaned/repaired my system in a few hours. They explained and showed me everything that was done. Over the summer I requested quotes from several companies on a new boiler system install. Missouri Furnace was the cheapest by about $1,500. They just finished the installation today. I couldn't be more happy with the entire process. The entire team was knowledgeable, professional, and just seemed like great people. I highly recommend to anyone and everyone!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Missouri Furnace and Air and Bob V. When our HVAC emergency happened, I called 21 different local companies that claimed to offer 24-hour after-hours emergency service. Missouri Furnace and Air was the only company that actually showed up and provided that service when we truly needed it. Bob V. was absolutely amazing. He was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, professional, and genuinely cared about helping us. He arrived at midnight on the Labor Day holiday weekend, when most people would understandably want nothing to do with work, and immediately got to work. He diagnosed the problem quickly and handled everything efficiently and professionally. After making 21 calls, finding someone who actually came through — and then having Bob be such a great person on top of it — meant so much to us. Missouri Furnace and Air should be incredibly proud to have Bob V. representing their company. I am extremely grateful for their help and would 100% recommend Missouri Furnace and Air to anyone who needs HVAC service. Five stars for the company and especially for Bob doesn't feel like enough stars!
