Couldn't be happier with Premier Comfort Heating & Cooling! Our old HVAC system was being held together with Band-Aids and a few questionable homeowner specials just to keep it running. It finally reached the point where it couldn't keep up anymore, and we knew it was time for a complete replacement. From the initial phone call and quote to the finished installation, the entire experience was excellent. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and great to work with throughout the entire process. Their pricing was also extremely reasonable, even when considering some of the higher-end systems. We had a cooling system and furnace installed by Premier Comfort Heating and Cooling! They were absolutely great! Stephen came to our house Tuesday and gave us three estimates…good, better and best. There was no pressure to get the best! The new system was installed in a very timely manner on Thursday and our house is cool once again! Since our air conditioner had died, Premier Comfort provided us with portable air conditioners until our new unit could be installed! We couldn’t be happier with our decision!!

Amazing customer service!!! After trying to deal with our home warranty and the joke of a mess that is. We reached out to these guys on a Saturday afternoon very friendly and easy to talk to. They had a service technician at house in lest than an hour. We had been without a/c for three days waiting on the home warranty. After the service technician fixed everything and cleaned the entire unit he was not happy with the way the new parts we operating so he drove all the way back to the shop to get another new part and replace it all again. Amazing job done and great customer service. We will definitely continue to use this service. Highly recommended!
