Someone came out to fix my gas fireplace. Was very professional and answered any question I had. Did a thorough check and found I only needed a clean connection to the wall switch. Only charged me the diagnostic fee I already knew about ahead of time. Honest person I thought. If I need air or heating help, I would not hesitate to call again.

We were assigned this company through our home warranty company for a main line clog. Communication left much to be desired, as no one will answer/return calls on the weekends. Listing on Google states they are open 24 hrs. Technician came, didnt speak English and spent the majority of the time on the rear of the house, when the main is in the front. Tech had to be told there was a clean out up front and spent maybe 20 min on it before leaving, stating job was complete. Less than a week later, line was clogged again. Company was recalled back out and never bothered to call to set up an appt. Luckily, the warranty company assigned another company and we havent had any issues since. If you choose this company, you will be looking for a better company to come and properly fix it...Save yourself the headaches and call B&L plumbing, their technician was top notch, listened to my concerns, and cleared the clog properly, the first time.

I had a great experience with Better Service Inc. from start to finish. The office staff, Carrie and Michael, were friendly, responsive, and made scheduling everything incredibly easy. They were also very accommodating and flexible in working around my schedule, which I really appreciated. Jonny, Jose, and Eric the plumbers who came out on separate appointments were professional, efficient, and clearly knowledgeable. They completed all of the home warranty repairs thoroughly and made sure everything was working properly before they left. Overall, the entire team provided excellent service and made what could have been a stressful process smooth and hassle-free. I would definitely recommend Better Service Inc. to anyone needing reliable and professional work. Side note to the customer that complained about Jonny speaking Spanish, he speaks English fluently and uses Google Voice Translate for some of the technical terms which was genius honestly.

We woke up on a Saturday morning in January to find our thermostat off and our home freezing. We called at 7:45 a.m., and Sean responded before 8:00 a.m. and arrived at our home before 10:00 a.m. He quickly identified the issue, set us up with a temporary fix, and scheduled a follow-up appointment later in the week to complete the work. We are very thankful for Sean’s quick response and excellent customer service. Melissa was great too!

My husband and I just bought a home in July of this year. Our AC went out RIGHT as we hit second (EXTREMELY HOT) Summer in September. Our home warranty company assigned us Better Works, and thank the LORD they did. The office manager, Kerri, was my HERO. I was 6 months pregnant at the time and she called our home warranty company every single day getting things arranged for us. Then, in November, our furnace went out (the home warranty doesn't replace both at once so that's NO fault to Better works). Instead of calling the warranty company first, I called Kerri at better works. Then after putting in a request w the warranty company they said Better Works wasn't one of the choices they had for me. I called Kerri back in tears (now 9 months pregnant) and my miracle worker Kerri, got it arranged for them to provide our service. They have been INCREDIBLE to work with and I would recommend them to ANYONE I know. Their service technicians worked round the clock to try to help out our expecting family in a timely fashion. And Kerri, my hero, even remembered that I was a teacher and didn't work on Mondays. She knew us by name and made sure we were so incredibly cared for. Our baby is due any day now, and I am so thankful to Better Works for making sure we have warm and safe air to bring our baby home.

1:30pm 10/29 One of your drivers crossed three lanes and forced his way into my lane almost side swiping me taking an exit for KS-7 and speaker road. Almost ran me off the road and didn't even attempt to give me notice. Maybe don't drive like a lunatic in a company vehicle. Edit: Thank you for addressing this. Better Service did a fantastic job recommending and installing an HVAC for our home years ago. We recently performed a full remodel and yesterday, after calling to inquire about our home not cooling properly, they quickly sent out their servicemen again to check. They confirmed the HVAC company our design build crew worked with during our remodel, also a reputable HVAC service brand around KC, messed up the wiring and nothing was connected to AC anymore. This was also after this other brand spent the last year going back and forth with us on other issues they caused with unfinished duct runs during the remodel. Better Service is the best - they are friendly, communicative, and quick to work with. Don’t waste your time on any other company, you’ll be glad you went directly to Better Service!
