This is the second time I have needed a quick A/C repair, and once again he came through. Like in a flash. I called him Monday evening and he was at my place shortly after lunch the next day. He didn't overcharge, and had the repair completed in less than 30 minutes. He was great to talk to, and I would very honestly recommend him. No run around, no upselling, and really honest about what was possible with my 20 year old a/c. I appreciated the no BS approach. Call him if you need help. Highly recommend! I called on Saturday, and even though it was the weekend, he came out on Sunday and fixed our AC. Several other companies told us the unit couldn’t really be repaired and were pushing for a replacement, but he found the refrigerant leak, fixed the problem, and even provided a one-year warranty. Very professional, honest, and responsive. The work was done quickly, the price was more than fair, and the AC is working great again. It’s hard to find someone who will come out on a Sunday and stand behind their work. Thank you for the excellent service!

I called MWK Heating and Cooling last summer on a Saturday evening when it was 95 degrees out and our AC had stopped working. I honestly didn’t expect anyone to answer the phone, but to my surprise, Mike picked up right away and came by the next day, on a Sunday! He checked everything thoroughly and explained the issue clearly. The outdoor unit had been leaking for a while, and instead of patching up an old system, we decided to replace it. Mike installed a brand-new unit the very next day on a 100-degree day, no less and gave us a 10-year warranty on parts and labor. That was a huge relief. This year, the AC stopped working again. Mike came quickly, diagnosed the issue, and found that the indoor coil in the basement was leaking. Instead of pushing for a replacement, he gave the existing evaporator coil another chance, saving us over $1,000 for now at least. I’ve already recommended him to a few friends, and it turns out they’ve been using Mike’s services for years. Highly recommended!

Our furnace quit on us in mid February in the midst of the cold snap and we called MWK to come take a look. It was after regular hours but Mike answered right away. It was nice to speak to him directly rather than a receptionist. He said he had two other calls then would see us as soon as he could. He was there in less than two hours and knew the problem immediately. He showed us how to keep it running overnight and came the next morning to install a new one for us as we decided it was best to replace it as soon as possible. He had spent most of the night on calls but was still able to come get our furnace replaced as promised. He explained a lot of what he was doing as he went and answered any question we had. We would highly recommend him!

Excellent and fast service. Of course when it’s minus 35 C our furnace fails. Michael came and replaced our furnace on a Sunday of the long weekend without complaint or extra charges. Mike did really great service and came very quickly. Our furnace died on Monday night and I called him first thing on Tuesday morning, our temps in the house was at 50 degrees at 730am. He was here with in less then an hour, come and checked out furnace. Said it was the circuit board that needed replacing he was here on Wednesday. Had an issue with the gas and was informed we would be better off getting a new furnace instead of the band aid fix that would maybe last a year. He mentioned it would be beneficial to just replace the furnace as it might have been 20 years or older. He showed up with a brand new furnace. Thank you for the save especially in this cold winter temp. He was fast, knew his stuff. Thank you again

We woke up to a temperature of 12 degrees as our furnace had quit during the night. We called the usual suspects and their 24/7 emergency service meant the earliest appointment was the following day. We gave Mike at MWK a call and he was at our door within 30 minutes. He fixed the problem within ten minutes and showed us how we could fix it on our own the next time. He also recommended a better and cheaper filter than what we were using. No nonsense. No trying to sell you anything you don't need. Thanks Mike at MWK. We highly recommend.
