Just purchased a heat pump/AC unit from MyHome including installation. It took 4 business days from the time I called to inquire to finishing the install. Honest about the type of system we would need, thousands less than another company in Saskatoon quoted us as they recommended a bigger unit. Just got through our first hot summer day with the unit MyHome recommended and it’s cooling our place above our expectations. So glad we didn’t go with the bigger unit with the other company recommended as we can confidently say now it would have been a waste. Friendly, clean looking install, left zero mess, lots of free advice.

After being stood up by 3 previous plumbers we were so glad to be referred to Blake at MyHome Plumbing and Heating. Other companies gave quotes we accepted but they either never phoned back or said they could not do as too busy. One text to Blake and he gave a quote and installed a brand new A/C in 2 days. So professional and accommodating. The heat was unbearable and he and his co-worker made sure we had air as quick as possible. We will also request the electrician at myhome for a job. We had half our work done with a previous electrician who apologized, but had a bigger job to finish and never came back. The communication was excellent and service was top notch.

Highly recommend this company! They were really helpful and knowledgeable about how to deal with the poor ventilation in our home after our HRV quit working. I was quite distressed about the poor air quality readings I was getting in the house and because of the very hot weather we were having, the inability to air the house out by opening windows, I was very anxious to get it resolved. Seth went above and beyond to accommodate us and got a new ERV brought in and installed very quickly. After a little bit of research and calling other places in the city I found the quote to be really reasonable and fairly priced. We are very happy with the work that we had done and for the speed of responding to my questions and the attention we received from Seth at MyHome. Very impressed and grateful for the excellent service! Shout out to Seth, Zach and Fergie. Special thanks to Seth for the two trips over to the acreage to assess and ensure we were happy with the job!

We have had two experiences with My Home, both of witch where nothing but positive. The first, we thought our air conditioner was shot and would need to replace it, they came out diagnosed the problem and provided a temporary fix that got us through the rest of the summer. When it came time to replace the unit as it was beyond repair their quote was at least $1,000 better than the three other places we talked to in town and they never tried to upsell us or talk us into other repairs/replacements that were not necessary for our house. Ultimately, I trust this business to provide quality equipment at the best price available.

The first call we had with them was easy and they showed up when they said they would. They offered a couple solutions and we opted to start with the first step and reach out if that did not fix the problem. After waiting to see if the quick fix would work with no luck we tried to contact Brad again to return. When we talked he said he was busy and not able to come that week but would make it the next week (last week of June). A while later we had not heard anything from him so reached out and was told again he wasn't able to make it that week but he could the following week. We waited another week and at that point we called to see if he was still coming and on the Tuesday (July 21) he said he was still unable to come that week but was potentially able to come the following week, but after waiting for three weeks after he said he would come, with no follow up from his end, we decided we didn't want to be pushed off any further and found someone else who was able to complete the job in a timely manner. I understand that things happen; people get sick, and jobs take longer than anticipated but you'd think after being told we would get service during a specific week that you'd at least be first on the list for the next week or be contacted saying otherwise but after being left with no contact for 3 weeks we moved on to someone who had better scheduling skills.
