Newmans replaced my air conditioner and furnace. They did a great job and I am happy with the work. I joined their service plan and they come out 2x a year to do a check. Their technicians are knowledgeable and the people who answer the phone are very friendly and helpful. I had my ducts cleaned too. I used them over the years for repairs too prior to the new system and they always came out quick.

Great owner (Ken), great doer (Jason), great service at great price. I called Ken at 8:20 am today and Jason showed up at 10:30 am. The problem was different and harder than anticipated. Jason did not give up and did not leave until he finished the job completely at 3:30 pm. The cost is very reasonable and service deserves a 5-star rating.

Been doing business with Newmans heating and air conditioning for several years now started at a new property. Property consist of PTAC units which are very hard to service at times. I had a total of nine units that were down gave Newmans a call. They came out within 24 hours and started making repairs to all nine units was a little bit of a project. However, project has been completed. Online units are back up and running. Will always call Newmans for any of my HVAC and plumbing needs.

As a homeowner and landlord for over twenty, I have worked with many contractors and found Newmans' service excellent. I contacted a few contractors to replace a heating/cooling unit, and Newmans provided the best overall experience. Their pricing was highly competitive, they were incredibly attentive to my specific needs, and they went extra mile to educate me so that I could make an informed decision. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of heating/cooling work. Ask for Rafe when you call. He was excellent to work with. Some month later after installation, I had the team come back for post-installation service and received excellent care. They are truly good people. Special thanks to Hilmer, who answered all of my questions and helped me become a more knowledgeable homeowner. What more can you ask for! Highly recommend.

I engaged Newman's through a friend's recommendation after having issues with my brand new condo where the installer was unable to address the issues after 5 visits. After an initial second opinion the technician explained that the original install had several major issues. Both the AC and furnace were drastically oversized for my unit and the ductwork was drastically undersized. They helped provide what I needed to work with the builder to have the issues addressed. This took around 9 months to explain the issues, get the builder to agree to pay for all of the fixes and we eventually had to replace the furnace, AC, and some of the ductwork to ensure the units would function properly. The downsized units operate significantly better for my unit than the larger ones and are also much quieter. My furnace no longer constantly short cycles and the AC runs much more consistently and my duplex floors are much more balanced. Previously my downstairs could get 10 degrees colder with little cold air making it upstairs during the summer. Now their is stronger airflow upstairs and the floors temps are much closer. I appreciate the patience of the team and the knowledge they shared throughout the experience that helped me get the issue resolved with the builder.
