• They're not concerned about the customer's wishes and in my case they completely ignored me. They gave me a decent price quote to put the A/C on the roof, only to get half way through their work and put the A/C on the side-drive way, effectively wasting 20ft of space to park a trailer or another vehicle. They made this change without consulting me, because they saw me leave to get lunch real quick. When I got back they were already laying concrete for the A/C in my driveway. This happened even after I told them I could compromise to put the A/C somewhere else, as long as it was not there because I made the investment of an additional drive way, which is now partially useless. They also didn't properly seal the old swamp-cooler fixtures because they started leaking water a couple days later. They also shut off the water to one of the bathroom sinks because it was connected to the swamp-cooler, rather than installing a new valve, which was another expense I needed to take care of myself. Don't waste your time, or money, they won't listen to your wishes because they would rather cover up their poor estimates and business practices to save their money and leave with the customer dissatisfied. ~ This is not a review for RUUD, the actual product for the A/C and heater work just fine; only the workmanship and customer satisfaction of the business has failed.
