• we had two companies come to try to fix our AC and both of the companies couldn’t get our AC going, didn’t get no response just the high bill that we ended up paying them for nothing. We called total Air and their technician Mike came to our location and in less than two hours he had us freezing inside the house. The AC was working perfect he cleaned it for us and fixed the problem. We are so grateful for Miguel this technician from total Air and thank him and the company for responding to us quickly. We called them at 8 AM and they were here by 10 AM.

• If you're looking for substandard service, then this is the place to call. If you're looking for arrogant, rude staff, then call here. I called the office and spoke with a Janette. She clearly isn't happy about being there, but I guess I wouldn't either if my business filed for bankruptcy. The technician sent to my house was downright rude and couldn't even fix the problem correctly. I understand you are busy attending to service calls, but the customer is not to blame. If your technicians choose not to communicate with the proper etiquette, then keep them in the office. Word of advice, Total Air: Make sure your technicians understand the importance of professionalism, but more importantly, if they don't know how to do their jobs, then train them. It's YOUR responsibility to dispatch knowledgeable technicians that know how to do their jobs. Furthermore, just because they see me in jeans and a T-shirt doesn't mean I am uneducated. Don't talk down to me because you think I am ignorant. I may not know HVAC, but let me assure you that I am well-versed in legal matters.

• I called total air to come to my home and perform a routine maintenance on my AC. Everything from the call, to the updates on my scheduled appointment, to the technicians who came out, was all top notch. • Professional, honest and thorough. Our entire HVAC system went out after 15 years of service. Since this is a major expenditure, we planned on interviewing three HVAC companies. By far and away, Total Air was the most professional and dependable.
