• I don’t normally take the time to write reviews like this, but I felt this company deserved the recognition. Anchor Plumbing & Air (only known as Anchor Air at the time) worked on my son’s air conditioning system about four months ago, and ever since then I have heard nothing but good things about them. They took care of the problem, explained what they were doing, and my son was very pleased with how attentive they were to the details. What really caught my attention afterward was how often I started seeing this company whenever I searched online for home service companies in El Paso. Recently, I was looking into plumbing services and was surprised to see Anchor at the top of my Google search again. I honestly didn’t even realize they had expanded into plumbing until then. I spent more than 15 years working as a representative for a marketing company in Houston, so I understand how difficult it is for a business to build a strong reputation and presence in a competitive market. In the short amount of time I have known about Anchor Air, I have been very impressed with what they have been able to accomplish. Credit should certainly go to the owner and the employees doing the work, but I also have to give recognition to whoever is handling their marketing and promotion. They are doing an outstanding job of keeping this company visible while still building a good name in the community. That kind of work deserves recognition. If I ever need plumbing work myself, Anchor Air will be one of the first companies I call. I would also feel comfortable recommending them to family and friends based on my son’s experience and everything I have heard about them. Congratulations to the entire team at Anchor Plumbing & Air. • I do not recommend this company for mini split installation. I had them install a brand new unit after two days and two different crews they forced it on and now it loses power randomly. They sent a whole different team after making me wait almost a month. After 5 minutes of troubleshooting they put it on me that the filter was dirty and that I’m running it too cold. After they clean the filters and leave I start running it at 70 for about a week but no change. I had to call another company to put the unit on correctly but they also could not figure out what they did wrong.
