Simply stated this experiamce did not go well. They replaced my functioning a/c with a heat pump that was not compatable and unable to function with my existing furnace so I was without any a/c during the last heat wave in late August and suffered from heat exhaustion effects for 4 days. 2 weeks later they installed my new furnace and left it leaking gas from the main gas line compression fitting for 2 whole days. Im glad my house didn't explode and my family and pets weren't asphyxiated. Leaving the windows open while we slept to ventilate was unnerving as well. I was lied to on more than 1 issue and not offered any compensation. Be careful...

While helping some senior friends I met Agustine working on their home. The house is old and obstacles were there. He was extremely professional, very thorough and communicated through the whole process. This project was much more complicated than originally thought. I had a visit today from Shawn and Blake from Over The Moon Heating, Air and Electric. I researched different businesses and I found them on Angie's list. They were highly recommended in their reviews were outstanding. They were able to come out In a timely manner. They were very professional, friendly and very easy to talk to. I definitely got an education when they showed me pictures that they took of my venting system, I would have never believed it. I am not a smoker, I do not have any pets, and yet, my vents definitely need to be cleaned. The services that they offer with their duct cleaning are very thorough and complete along with checking my furnace and my dryer vent. I ended up booking an appointment for my vents and ducks and furnace etc, to be done next week. I'm very excited.

I called for a estimate to unhook my A/C and put it back after siding and land scape project and got talked into a complete new system by the time they left. , I actually don't understand how my credit got approved because I have credit locked and I received 2 After further communication we were able to work this situation out .

Agustin spent the time to check all the outlets in the kitchen, reviewed the electrical panel and let me know what was the proper code installation. I am a returning customer of Over The Moon due to their excellent response time and efforts made to make sure the problems with the home are fully taken care of. Alex was my service staff today from Over the Moon and I was very happy with the great service I received. He was personable and very knowledgeable and professional in explaining all the steps taken today to fix two problems. While the solution was simple for both, Alex did a fantastic job of checking to make sure other areas of the home were safe that related to outlets. The explanation of the electrical problem was concise and Alex even showed me how to look information up to further explain the issue on the internet. I am an extremely satisfied customer and feel relieved that steps were made to make sure my house was made safe by Over the Moon and Alex. Erik was my service staff today from Over The Moon. I couldn't be happier with his job performance today. The documentation, time and energy Erik did today was greatly appreciated. He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The technician that came to my house was polite. And I imagine that he checked my heater thoroughly. But when it came time to give me an estimate and a detailed appraisal of my problems with my heater, I never got that. He and his boss were too busy, trying to get me to agree to a payment plan to fix my heater without actually telling me what was wrong with my heater.

Requested a quote for duct cleaning and a second opinion on work suggested by another HVAC company for our AC unit. Technician was courteous and gladly answered all questions. Gave us the quote of repair work that they would do. Only thing that I would have like was an itemized cost, not just a total of all the work that would be done. He did list everything that they would, but not what they charged for each item.

I had Over the Moon come to my home last week for a simple air conditioner tuneup but since we have zone heating and air in our home and one of our air conditioner units is original to the home from 23 years ago, I expected there might be issues. I cannot explain how impressed I am with Isaac and he was also training Blake at the same time. They worked together well and it was quite obvious that despite his very young age, Isaac is extremely knowledgeable but even more impressive is his ability to communicate. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing air conditioning or furnace needs!!
