We’ve been using The Pipe Doctor for nearly 15 years now. They installed and maintain both our AC and Heating systems. They are always Punctual and Professional and really know their staff. Another thing that we like is that they are very honest and we never get the feeling that they are either over charging us for anything or trying to tag in some parts or services that we don’t necessarily need.

I wanted to thank Pipe Doctor James and his assistant Derrick for an excellent job in performing maintenance on our Burnham boiler. James explained everthing that he would do and gave me several options as to what type of maintenance is available. There was no pressure in picking which type I preferred, but I ultimately requested the full maintenance along with an annual maintenance contract. They got to work immediately and they were basically done within half an hour. James noted how well kept my boiler was and that everything checked out just fine. I can now rest easy that I shouldn't have any issues this coming winter. My regards to Mikey Pipes for having such an excellent team.

We were having issues with our boiler which was leaking water. We recently had a tech, replace the air tank & pressure value. After two additional return visits by the tech, the problem persisted. While reviewing You-tube, we came upon several videos posted by "Pipe Doctor". Mike Diack came at our request. He was great clarifying what the problem was and provided a break down of the cost. He also provided a yearly service plan for both Heat & Central Air. The job was approved, and he proceeded to also give the boiler a maintenance check. We were very impressed with the work and expertise Mike and his associate displayed. Our boiler is now working fine. Thanks' to Mike & his entire staff who were very professional.

Not impressed at all. Very young workers showed up and really didn’t have a clue and spent an hour and a half on the phone with tech-support and weren’t able to fix anything and yet wanted to charge over $500.

The pipe Doctor showed up on time and did a great job of fixing my boiler problem. The craftsmanship done by Mike was outstanding as he explained everything he was going to do in great detail which was great. Would highly recommend them.

I love this company. I found them on you tube when I was trying to do some plumbing work myself. I found Mike to be everything he portray to be online. I had a very disappointing experience with Pipe Doctor in Woodmere, NY. I felt I was treated differently and unfairly, and the way I was spoken to came across as discriminatory, disrespectful, and extremely unprofessional. I also felt that I was being overcharged and that there was an attempt to take advantage of me when it came to the price. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, given honest and transparent pricing, and provided professional service. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Based on my experience, I would never work with this company again and would not recommend them to anyone. Do yourself a favor and get a second opinion and a written estimate before agreeing to anything.
