• Tejinder provided me with an excellent experience. He was on point with diagnosing the issue with my furnace and did some tricks to get my AC working until the new part arrived. He is very trustworthy and reliable as my situation was unique. My furnace required a replacement part but I had to pay upfront for the new part, and the old part had to be returned to the place of purchase and I would only get a refund from the manufacturer after inspection. Tejinder returned the old part and set the expectation that I the refund can take up to a month. Once he received the refund of the full amount for the part he contacted me and sent me an etransfer. Not only did he come the same day, he did a temporary fix so we wouldn't burn from having no AC (this happened in August this yr) he came back quick with the new part. On top of this.. he showed me how trustworthy he is with my money. Thank you for your effort and reliability. Recommend and will definitely call again if needed.
