  • Our office will not be disappointed, each time, when contacting Service Experts for emergency issue. Nadine has always been effective; her prompt response and action have just made the emergency matter less stressful for us. Both technicians Stephen and Alek are knowledgeable and willing to share their finding. They both are amazing. They did not mind spending extra time explaining the AC/HVAC issue. Greatly appreciated they use simple language (not the technical terms) when explaining the problem so that the user (we) can understand clearly, such a professional and considerate. Excellent company with outstanding team/staff. Keep up the good work!

  • I had a terrible experience with this company's commercial division and would never recommend this company for commercial work of any kind. I needed HVAC for a simple two room renovation to my business with a fresh air exchanger to deal with some fumes from a 3D Printer. I ended up with a system that does not heat or cool one of the two rooms and does not exchange the air effectively for the fumes. The company is unwilling to fix the issue and even went as far as to suggest I should pay them to add another system. Terrible service, condescending staff and a totally poor outcome that they are unwilling to stand behind. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE USE THIS COMPANY FOR COMMERCIAL WORK.

He pointed out ALL the areas of the unit I have to inspect to ensure they are as he left them working. He appreciated my interest because Maintenance of this HVAC units is a "team effort"; the owner looks after the unit operation, and Service Experts maintain the good working condition of the Unit.
