My experience with Pro Thermal and their technicians the last year and a half has been nothing but exceptional! My thermostat went out and within a couple hours Curtis was at my house. He determined the controller was bad so he ordered another thermostat and had it delivered overnight. Once received he returned and got the new one installed. Thank you Curtis for your excellent customer service and professionalism. I highly recommend ProThermal!! They are the best!

The worst service; I would not recommend them to anyone. They left my outside unit cover loose and two screws missing, and I had to fix the whole thing after noticing a loud noise coming from my outside unit. it was only regular maintenance and changing my outside unit power source. Hi price too.

Grant was excellent. He did our heater check up. He had pictures to show me everything and was able to explain things in ways that I could understand. He took his time and was very detailed with his inspections. He also cleaned up a couple parts on our heater so it will be working and tip top shape for this winter. I got the yearly membership and it is worth it. Excellent service excellent people.
