• John was absolutely amazing. He was sent to this appointment at a moment's notice and came directly to my home prepared to figure out what was going on. He was extremely courteous and nice and diligent, and he was doing what he was doing, explaining it as he went along. Was able to diagnose the issue within 5 minutes and fixed it, and the same amount of time it took him to walk to his truck, get the part, and come back. He also cleaned up the area inside the metal unit of the air conditioner, which was extremely nice of him to do. He left the area cleaner than he found it after the service call was over. I would highly recommend his services again, and if he represents the type of employees that this company has at their disposal, I could not bring myself to do business with anyone else.

• ⭐ One Star In my experience, Triad no longer operates like a heating and air company—it feels more like Uber, charging simply to arrive at your location. After the service-call charge came a diagnostic charge, yet the technician did not actually diagnose the problem. I paid but was still left without knowing what was wrong. This was supposed to be followed by another appointment to properly identify and fix the issue, but that appointment never happened. Even if they had returned, it appeared I would have been charged another service-call fee just for the technician to show up again. The entire experience felt like paying repeated arrival fees without receiving an answer or solution. It felt like highway robbery. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Triad Heating and Air.

• James Martin was our technician and he is a complete rock star. They were here in less than an hour to preform a cleaning and he discovered an issue that was unknown to us.
