  • Had a great experience with quality from the very first of calling the company and being helped by Naomi. Then by only about 30 minutes the technician Chance came and got right to business he was very kind and very hard-working. Had to crawl through a very very tight crawl space to get to the furnace but it was only a matter of minutes and he had cool air blowing once again. In the past I have not been very impressed with many of the HVAC companies. But I have to say that has all changed with Quality coming to my house and making it so comfortable again. And the highest regard and marks go to Chance for his hard work. I will definitely be calling them for any other issues that come up.!!

  • Have an update. I had Dante out to do an electrical eval, I mentioned the issues and concerns I already was having. He listened intently and I knew I liked this guy right away. He went through the entire electrical system in my house better than anyone I have had before. He fixed my issues and showed me step by step what was going on. I hope I get him back the next time I have any issues. Thank you Dante!! Cory was great. I really liked how he explained what was going on and offered options without being pushy. I would have him back to work on and maintain my a/c or furnace anytime. Thanks Cory
