The service was excellent! I was offered a same day appointment. Hayden called 20 minutes before he was supposed to arrive and asked if he could come early. He was professional and knowledgeable, and explained exactly what was wrong. I have dealt with other heating and air companies in the past, but I will always use Pure Comfort from now on. I highly recommend them.

My inspector relied on this company during my home purchase in 2022, and the result was extremely costly. They cleared an HVAC system that was already failing. Despite having a home warranty, every HVAC professional who later serviced the unit said the problems should have been identified at the time of inspection, leaving me with major out-of-pocket expenses and in need of a whole new HVAC in under a year.

Had my furnace replaced recently through my leasing office. Office passed along my questions before install, getting me answers so we could manage expectations. Unfortunately, every answer this company gave was incorrect. 1. "Install will take approximately 2 hours, with possible delay waiting on a lift for the roof." Lift arrived on time. Service was 6.5 hours. 2. "Most work will be confined to the roof, with very little time spent in unit. You won't need to corral pets very long out of that 2 hours." Workers had furnace closet door, apartment door, and building doors all propped open 80% of those 6.5 hours. No warning was given before doing so, either, which meant it was a scramble to get animals locked away before they went walkabout. 3. "Even with the HVAC closet right in the path of travel between the bedroom and the only bathroom, you should be able to request bathroom access at any time. No need to make alternate arrangements for restroom access." This was especially distressing to have proven false. My mobility-impaired spouse was locked in the bedroom via sheer space until 5 hours into the repair until I came home from work to free him. Technicians were in and out, not able to hear his knocking. The bedroom door had been wedged shut with tools pinning the door closed, so even when large obstructions were no longer a factor, the door still wouldn't open from inside. Other "highlights" include destroyed belongings, an absolute mess in the apartment, building hall, and even outside (not to mention the back of the truck!) Fiberglass insulation was thrown onto carpet with no tarp or attempt to confine fiberglass sheddings in a pet home (which could seriously injure or kill animals.) All attempts at gaining updated completion time estimates were rebuffed. "Hard to tell." "A while yet." "A bit longer." When asked how far along in the process they were (2 hours in): "Found some good, some bad. Just doing what we can." When I arrived on scene, I also attempted to get answers, to which I finally got "at least another hour." The technician then took a series of personal phone calls in what appeared to be an avoidance tactic to duck further questions. Furnace got installed, and appears to be working. But it was a nightmare from beginning to end.

I reached out to the company to repair my air conditioning unit, which was under warranty, and they explicitly assured me that there would be no charges for parts or labor. After waiting an entire month for them to complete the repair, I was shocked to receive a bill for $337.50. When I confronted the technician about their promise, he became hostile. I even have a voice recording of him confirming that I wouldn't incur any costs. Despite this, he threatened to send my bill to collections. During this time, my air conditioning was out while temperatures soared to 100 degrees. My two sick children struggled to sleep due to the oppressive heat. This company displayed a complete lack of compassion; they were more focused on collecting their money than providing proper service. I would strongly suggest against using this company. Their unprofessionalism and disregard for customer well-being are unacceptable.

Needed to replace our AC as it started to smoke and we wanted to also replace our furnace at the same time. Hayden (owner) gave me a call back right away while the other places I called took days. His price's and timelines were hands down better. Two of his employee's came out a few days later, got everything replaced, cleared out the old units and picked up after themselves. I'll be recommending them to anyone i know who needs work done.

It was ridiculously quick and easy to get an estimate setup with Jim on the phone , he's very hospitable and professional. Vince their Technician came out to do an estimate, he was polite and respectful of our house and house rules. He wore boot covers and sanitized his hands at our request with no complaint. This company installed our HVAC system in a brand new home. The A/C had a bearing go out the 1st time we ran it. Jim the owner, said he would be out to take a look on 3 different occasions and never showed up. Our furnace has condensation pooling up on top of the unit and running into the internals. The duct work was not sized right or insulated in the attic. Last but not least, our carbon monoxide exhaust was not entirely attached! This could have been fatal had it not been caught! The builder had to get another company in to repair and replace duct work in the attic and at the unit. They may be ok on service and responsive, but stay far away from new install work. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy...TOTAL GARBAGE!!! If I could have given zero stars I would have..

I called during a very hot week here in Lincoln when my A/C went out. Out of all the companies I contacted (including my own warranty company), Pure Comfort made the most effort to get out to my place as quickly as possible. Not only were they the quickest, but Jim took the time to look at our system, offer his knowledge, and provide multiple solutions that were reasonably priced. I appreciated they worked with me financially. During the repair installation, my home's HVAC system had some unexpected obstacles arise. Jim and Hayden (who did the installing) handled the obstacles with down-to-earthness, urgency, and a helpful hand. My wife and I are now enjoying our working A/C system! Thank you, Pure Comfort!!!
