Technician called and said he would be at my house at 2 pm he never showed. I took off work to get to house by 2 pm. After a half hour I called service one at least 3 times to talk to live person. Never got through to anyone. I had to leave at 4:30 pm for a prior commitment. The I received a text at 5:00 pm that service tech on their way. And I pay monthly for this service. I am not sure why they call themselves Service One.

On time, very courteous and respectful. He was knowledgeable and efficient. Couldn’t ask for anything more. I’ve been with Service 1 for about 10 years and my first house was new construction And was a little reluctant putting a home warranty on a new build, but I did it anyway and I have zero regrets. I used it within the first six months and I believe I’ve called on them at least 2 to 3 times a year for things that were minor but would have cost me three or four times the amount of Service One’s $100 service fee, if I’d a plumber, electrician or HVAC contractor. Pay $100 and they diagnose the issue, order parts and come back into install. And if the parts are getting close to what the appliance is worth, they’ll send you a check to replace it. They’ve done that twice. Both on dishwashers but different homes. It’s a no brainer. I know there’s other home warranty companies out there but Service One has never come close to doing anything shady or deceptive. They always knock it out of the park. It’s their service tech’s and their admin team are always easy to deal which makes it easy to call them. And believe, I think I’ve met every tech 2 or 3 times and I’m sure the office gals know me. 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great service. Kris was very professional and thorough. He investigated to find the problems with an outlet and also why my ceiling fan wasn’t working. He also figured out the best way to install an outlet in a bathroom for a bidet. He did a lot of electrical work at my dad’s when we were getting ready to sell it, so I saved his name and asked for him. Update: Kris returned today and replaced the worn out transmitter and remote to my ceiling fan, and it works perfectly now! He also replaced or repaired two outlets. He’s very meticulous. He’ll be back next week for the bidet outlet. My dog thinks he’s the best, and I agree! Update: 9/14/26: Kris returned with Chad today to install a new outlet in my bathroom for a bidet. As always, excellent work and friendly service
