Our air conditioner went out and I reached out to quality last night and their tech. Matt was here at 9:00 a.m. he fixed the problem efficiently and got us back up and running by 10:00 a.m. which was very much appreciated. On a 90° day. I highly recommend both quality and Matt . Matt is a very good tech, efficient, and very friendly . Matt makes the whole experience easy. Ask for him if he's available?

My service technician was Matt. He was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job explaining what he was doing, why it was necessary, and why it was important. I read reviews of Quality Air before scheduling an appointment and felt very comfortable choosing your company based on the positive feedback I saw. If I need HVAC service in the future, I will definitely reach out to your company again. I would be happy to have Matt as my technician in the future; however, I am confident that all of your technicians are equally qualified to provide excellent service and a positive customer experience.

11 months ago, Quality Air came out to my unit to install a Payne air conditioner, furnace, and evap coil at a cost of over $8,000+. The terms of the contract stated that they would file all permits, complete all necessary duct transitions, and install a new CO detector (in addition to various other items). I ended up doing the improper duct transitions and missing CO detector on my own as I couldn't get a hold of the sales associate I worked with (or anyone) to get it remediated, and it had to be done for the tenants I have in the unit. I still paid the full cost despite the lack of work done. However, most recently, I found out that they never filed a permit with the City of Columbus for the work they did. I am very frustrated as this makes me liable with the city. I have called and emailed Quality Air multiple times in the last month or two, asking for updates on the permit and have only received a reply from their accounting team and not the sales associate I worked with nor the general email account. I highly recommend not working with them. The 10 year parts, 20 year heat exchange, 1 year labor warranties are laughable considering I can't even get a hold of them for the simple fixes I needed at the beginning nor something as easy as a permit filing. Not to mention that they aren't very organized. I've had to correct the contact and billing information multiple times, and it still isn't fully correct in my account despite my attempts to get it updated properly (like on the official invoice). I wouldn't normally care except that I am self-employed and need it proper for my taxes.

I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service we received when our furnace stopped working. Matthew came out to help, and I truly can’t thank him enough. I had already been sick for three weeks, and losing heat definitely made an already difficult day even tougher. But he quickly worked his magic—replaced one tiny part, and BINGO! Warmth was restored to our home. His professionalism, efficiency, and positive attitude made all the difference. I hope he can get lunch, a raise and maybe even a new car!!! :) We are so grateful for his help and for getting our home comfortable again so quickly. Thank you again for such wonderful service!

What an excellent experience I had with this team. I was able to get an inspection, quote and install, all within a week! The team was easy to communicate with, left my home cleaner than it was when they arrived, and were able to get my new furnace installed in less than half a day. Thank you!!

We have had Matt the last few install and repair visits. He is nothing short of impressive. Knowledgable, good communicator and patient when we don’t understand what’s going on with our system. Good employees are very hard to find and retain these days! Hang on to Matt…maybe give that man a raise!?

Quality Air is the only HVAC company that I trust in Columbus. I recently noticed an issue with my AC, which was impacting the thermostat making it difficult to adjust the heat. The heat still worked, but the thermostat was being unreliable. The message on the Nest thermostat was: E103 Error because of the Y1 wire. I called Quality Air, and spoke to Mandy who is always friendly and helpful. A tech wasn't able to come and take a look until the following week. I was happy to wait since it was not an emergent issue, and I knew I could trust their company and technician. The technician, Jeff, arrived on time, and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He took a look at the thermostat, wiring, and AC unit itself, which is located on my condo complex roof. He quickly diagnosed the issue, which was a fried contactor in the AC unit itself. He did not have the part he needed, so he drove to Lowe's to pick one up. He went above and beyond to fix the issue that day, within about an hour (maybe less). The price was also more than fair. I am so happy with the service I received from Quality Air once again, and will continue to be a return customer.

Highly recommend! Matt, our service technician, has been coming here for years and is excellent. He is highly skilled and very personable. We have a Service Agreement with Quality Air. Whenever we have needed them, they are quick to respond and address any issues. Our system is 25 years old and I credit Matt and the Quality Air team for this success. Today, we got the news that it is time for a new system. I have no doubt we will be impressed with the new install. Thank you, Matt and Quality Air, for always taking great care of us. ❤️

I would recommend Quality Air over any other HVAC company we have worked with! We recently had a new furnace installed by them, and prior to that we had various companies service it for issues over the last 2 years and were not confident in the skill of the technicians that were here. Quality Air was great- we never felt like they were trying to oversell to us, were prompt and professional! Lidio was especially helpful and the other technician who was here was also very kind and professional. We're glad we went with Quality Air this time!

Phenomenal Company! I interacted with 5 employees and have nothing but great things to say about all of them. I had been smelling something from the vents that was a bit fishy. Matt was my first encounter. He came within about an hour after calling. He was so nice and explained so much to me in a way I could understand. He was confident of the failure before event testing, but we still ran the tests to make sure! He event got one of the other technicians out the same day to go over my options Next, Ryan came out to help me talk to my insurance company so I can get the best deal. He explained different furnace options with me, even looked at my AC (my home is from the 80's and most of it's parts are too). Once I heard back from my insurance company Ryan was able to get the technicians out to install a new furnace the next day. Lidia and Evan were my technicians. Not enough nice things to say. Lidia showed up around 8:30 to access the needs of the space and once Evan around around 9:00 they got to work. I was working upstairs while they worked in the basement and it wasn't a disruption at all. They were done right after my meeting at 1:50ish. Lidia was the main technician I talked to. He was very kind and showed me how to change my filter, what not to touch, how to work the thermostat, where my warranty information was all the bobs and bits. He had me test the thermostat while I was there to make sure I understood how to use it. It really felt like he wanted me to understand the process and how everything worked which I appreciated. The previous owners bought a fancy air filter systems where the filters cost ~$150/ 6 months and they were willing to trade it out so I wouldn't have to deal with that cost on top of the new furnace. Honestly, I only called because it was the number on the furnace from the previous owners, but I am a customer for life!

Fantastic HVAC company! Our gas furnace stopped working on Jan. 14 when it was bitter cold and we didn't notice until early on the morning of Jan. 16. I tried to do some trouble shooting but the furnace would start and stop in a few minutes. I had changed the filter just three weeks earlier so didn't think of checking that. I called Quality Air and they sent a wonderful tech, Jeff, within an hour so. He checked the furnace and then pulled out the filter and, oops, it was clogged with some white dust. Jeff thought it might be drywall dust but it couldn't be because we had not done any drywall work recently. Anyway, I had a new filter, Jeff put it in --he also cleaned the flame sensor-- and everything is working great! Jeff charged us just for the service call. Great service tech and wonderful company! Highly recommended!

They were completely useless for us. They spent an entire day, from 8 am until 6 pm, and could not figure out the problem with our HVAC. They just tried changing parts in a hope that something would help. At 6pm on Friday they just left and said they would be back on Monday, leaving us with no heat for the weekend. The very same night we called another company and they found the issue within 15 minutes. Very expensive too, and we paid for nothing.

Everyone from Quality we dealt with, from receptionist and estimator to the actual lead installers and assistants are kind, straightforward professionals. We had 2 complete furnace and AC systems installed in our house, which required a full day with the team to be outside, in the basement, in the attic and in some rooms to replace thermostats as well. Unlike experiences having some other companies work in our home, we immediately felt comfortable with them, and also greatly appreciate their quiet, calm, not 'rushing through things' demeanor. All in all a great value and great product, delivered by friendly, capable people with that easy 'small town' vibe, but with state of the art skill.

Couldn't be happier with these guys. Process started with Ryan who came out to give the estimate. If he gets paid on commission, it doesn't show. Zero pushy salesmanship, seemed like he was only here to give me expert info and a price. When it came time for the install, Lidio and Evan did a great job. They were respectful of the house, professional, and did a great job.

Matt came out to our house the day we called and did an excellent job getting the air back and working in 20 mins of being here. Thanks so much Matt

It makes me happy to be able to write a good review for a change I have had the best experience with Quality Air! Technician Matt Pyles did an outstanding job figuring out what was malfunctioning and making the repairs. His excellent skills, honesty and professionalism cannot be compared. He saved me from having to buy a new unit! He found a wire that was cut in my basement by another heating and air company, fixed the motor on my unit and made sure everything was working perfectly. It makes me incredibly happy to know that I can call them and not worry about if I’m getting taken advantage of. I recommend Quality Air 100%

We got quotes for a new furnace and AC around Thanksgiving 2023 and had Ryan out to discuss Carrier products. Ryan was not pushy like the rep from another company was. There was no high pressure sales tactics, it was here is what we have, look it over and let us know what you decide. My kind of sales guy, high pressure sales people make me sick. Our old unit was Carrier and it lasted over 25 years which tells me Carrier is a good brand. Dec 1st, Alex and Justin came out and installed the new furnace. They were exceptionally nice, professional and clean. They did not get annoyed with my questions, which is always great especially when my wife tells me to stop bothering them. While Alex was in the basement making adjustments to the furnace, Justin was upstairs setting up the new thermostat while my dog was demanding his attention, which he showed her and she loved every minute of it. This made a huge impression on myself and my wife. A week later, Justin and Lido came out and installed the new AC unit. Same experience, nothing but professionalism, courtesy and clean. There was a small issue with the existing wire from the old furnace to the old thermostat that was not compatible with the new thermostat but they replaced that without question. Then Matt came out in early March to make sure the AC would function as it should, which it does. We had a small issue this morning, we ran the AC yesterday not knowing the drain pipe was clogged and there was a puddle in the basement. Matt came out this morning, assessed the situation, determined it was the drain pipe and unclogged it for us. The exceptional quality that Quality Air has shown us during the whole process has been unmatched. It is hard to find good customer service these days but these guys are great at it. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have a new furnace and/or AC installed or have their current unit serviced. One thing I will say though, it's not a knock on Quality at all and I'm not sure the question could have been answered even if I thought to ask because each house is different, but while the AC unit outside is much quieter than the old, the inside is much louder than the last, like really noticeable louder. We will get used to it but it will take some getting used to. Edit: The puddle continued after Matt cleaned out the drain pipe so I took the drain pipe apart and there was another clog. (We have two large dogs that shed A LOT!) I put the drain pipe back together and the puddle continued. I called Quality and they were out the next morning (would have been out the same day except I was not home). Matt and Justin were here and they replaced the entire drain pipe. Matt also noticed that there were very tiny letters on the drain plugs that I could not see, one was P and the other was S. It was determined that the drain pipe was attached to the S plug, Secondary, when it should have been attached to the P plug, Primary. They fixed that as well and we've had no problems since. Matt also checked to make sure my unit was running properly. They made my issue sound like it was the most important problem and fixed it. These guys stand behind their work and will keep coming back until the customer is completely satisfied. Again, I will recommend Quality Air without hesitation.
