• I've been sticking with my original furnace supplier since install for yearly maintenance. They recently increased their prices which prompted me to start shopping around. Skeptical at first, I went with Rainier Heating & Cooling for the lower price, but the nearly perfect 5 star review on 300+ reviewers should've been a clue. Thomas came out, greeted me with a smile and asked if there were any concerns or issues with my furnace. I was preparing for an up sale, like with my original installer, but nothing. No suggestive sales, no pressure. It through me off a little. Thomas finished up and as I was paying he said he went ahead and replaced my filter for me since it was almost time to be replaced. I wasn't prepared for that little surprise. My original installer would try to replace a filter at an added cost. So I began replacing my own filter. Little did I know that the filter was actually built into the price of the service. So ya, no up sales, no add ons, affordable and friendly service. No regrets. They just gained a repeat customer.
