• Josh and Jackson installed my new ductless mini-split and did an awesome job. They respected my home and Pepper. They were very personable/friendly, shared their experiences and suggested and recommended what they thought would be best for my home, for example the placement of the mini-split for ideal air flow. There was a very tight fitting space for one of the units and instead of giving up to make the installation easier for them, they tried hard to work around/with my space (eg bookcase that spanned the entire living room wall). It was challenging but they did it! They explained and demonstrated how to clean the filters and the remote. When I noticed the day after the PVC pipes were installed that water was dripping at the foundation and more than I was anticipated, Jackson scheduled time the following day to come adjust/extend them so that condensation would drop and flow outward away from the house. He also sent me pictures as I had requested and it looked great! And there's Joe Hamlin. Before the AC, I had a window unit and during the wildfire smoke, I had to remove it making it a pain every morning before work to set out house fans to pull in cool air before closing all the windows to keep the smoke out and with a house facing west, it made it very hot in the evenings. He was the one who pulled it all together and encouraged the mini-split for my house as the most efficient and green option for my home. He was very thorough explaining everything, including how despite having only 1 unit in the bedroom, air will still flow out nicely as long as I keep the doors open. And it does! And how Ranger will help take care of me to ensure reminders are set in my account for regular maintenance. Thank you to Ranger Heating and Cooling!

• We couldn’t recommend Ranger Pro Heating & Cooling more highly. Finding Keegan and the Ranger Pro team was a completely different experience from what we had previously encountered. Keegan was our point person, and his knowledge of both the industry and the science behind properly heating and cooling a home was immediately apparent. He took the time to really understand our house, our existing ductwork, and what the system actually needed—not just sell us equipment. He gave us options, explained why he recommended each one, and designed the proper equipment and solution to remedy our situation without ever being pushy. Throughout the process, he provided exceptional customer service and went above and beyond to make sure we felt supported. This mattered enormously to us because our existing system had not been properly matched to our home and ductwork and ultimately failed within a few years. Keegan made sure we would not be in that situation again. Jean Claude and Jakob walked us through the installation process and the inspector’s evaluation, answering our questions and making sure we understood each step. They, along with Lucas, handled the installation professionally and were knowledgeable, respectful of our home and our time, and incredibly detail-oriented. They even took the time afterward to walk us through the thermostat and system so we understood how to use everything properly. The difference in expertise, communication, and professionalism was remarkable.
