My review may be somewhat biased since I had their sister company under a service contract at Fig Garden Village until I retired. For my residence we’ve used Rare Services for years even though our unit is under warranty with AHS. Not going to go there with AHS which we cancelled, however their techs are knowledgeable, professional, and walk you through issues they discover. Their pricing is reasonable and service is to be emulated by others who we’ve had in the past. From Amber in the office notifying and scheduling, to the technicians who arrive on site, doesn’t get any more professional.

My water heater went out this morning and I contacted Rare Services and they had a Tech at my house by 10am. What I loved about my tech is they repaired my water heater instead of saying my unit needed to be replaced with how old it is. Thank you Mike and Amber for your exceptional service.

Came to service ac unit, not even 24hrs later ac not cooling house. I called and they sent tech, tech said motor wasn't working wouldn't be able to fix till next day. Called office next day since they hadn't called yet and it was almost noon quoted me almost 3xs more for part i could've order on line yet said I was getting 15% off, 2 hour service fee and truck fee, but said they weren't going to charge me for when tech came out second time. The technician should have noticed motor wasn't working when he did the service on it.

Have been using Rare Air, since 2009. Gary is the best, he takes the time to insure top line performance once the unit service is complete. He's always honest and his price are fair. I highly recommend Rare Air for your heating and cooling needs. It pays in the longer run to have preventative maintenance done on your unit, summer or winter. Gary is the man to do it!
