• When Nick arrived he was very professional and asked me what was the problem with the air conditioning unit, I explained the problem to him. Once he was on the two story roof Nick started diagnosing the problem and discovered the issue. I asked him what the problem was he informed me that the fan motor for the compressor was not a 100 percent which can cause the compressor to over heat and needed to be replaced. Nick informed me that we have 30 day warranty in case something fails. Thank you,
