Technician Mitch was able to fix the problem of no heat/cool air in my third bedroom. He was able to quickly identify the issue and fix it. Mitch was courteous and professional and I would highly recommend Mitch and Reads hearing for all your hearing/cooling needs/ ll.

Mitch their service tech came out. He helped diagnose why we weren’t getting heat to the right places. Turns out we had some fancy vent covers that wouldn’t allow for proper flow. And we were able to change out for something more functional. He was super knowledgeable, polite, talked me through the best ways to get the most out of our system. Mitch was a really stand up guy. Appreciated him coming out and helping us out.

Highly recommend Mitch from Read's Heating. He recently resolved a condensation issue with our HRV unit, quickly realizing the lines were incorrectly installed and poorly sealed. He corrected the layout and ensured a perfect seal. He even went above and beyond by fixing our noisy kitchen exhaust hood with a sound-dampening solution. It’s made a world of difference on windy days. Excellent craftsmanship and top-tier customer service. Thanks again, Mitch!

We had a fantastic experience with Read's Heating in our new home. They installed our furnace, designed the duct layout, and crafted a bulkhead, all functioning perfectly. A team member guided us step-by-step, making the process smooth and easy to understand. When a small issue arose, they came right away and resolved it. I couldn’t recommend them more

I wish I could give this company zero stars. They recently came to fix my furnace during a harsh winter, which was shutting off frequently. Their explanation for the issue was absurd—they claimed that a planter pot was blocking the exhaust pipe. This explanation seemed far-fetched to me and my family and other techs. After they attempted to attach something to the pipe that had no effect, I asked them to return. However, they refused to come back until I moved my frozen, hefty, solid wood (made of 2x4s) 100 -pound planter pot, which was not feasible during winter due to lack of man power and the deep snow surrounding. Their lack of concern left me and my small children in a freezing home, which is completely unacceptable. Fortunately, I received a second opinion from A1 Heating (which I highly recommend), and it turned out that the planter pot had nothing to do with the problem; the circuit board in my furnace was actually fried. It's disappointing that this company would leave a mother and her children in such dire conditions. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to take their business elsewhere.

Mitch came to look at my vents and assess why water was dripping. He was friendly, explained what he was doing and showed videos of the issue/solved. I especially appreciated that he took the time to leave my venting system better even though my lack of knowledge could have made it easy for him to walk away with little work involved. Thank you for being honest and transparent in your work Mitch 👏

My contractor provided furnace, supplied and installed by Read’s heating in our legal basement. Last week, we noticed some unusual sound and contacted them. The issue was addressed and resolved promptly and yesterday, they sent a technician with new part and replaced without any hassle. They are very professional and service oriented. The manager, Gurdit contacted me and coordinated until it fixed. Mitch helped us with replacement of the part. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks to entire team of Read’s heating!

a week agoNew-Edit Delete This heating company is a joke. They do not have any customer service. They just know how to trick the customers and get the maximum out from them. I hired this company for the general heating, cooling and ducting work for my new built. At …More

I would give zero stars if possible. Our builder hired this company to install furnace and A/C. We had issues from the beginning with it but our home builder dealt with Reed’s not us. When we had more issues, Reed would not come out. When our Lennox furnace was 5 1/2 years old, it stopped working. I called Reed’s but they would not send anyone out so we called another company. They found multi parts were “not” functioning which was surprising for such a new furnace so they invested further to find the packing bolt was not removed therefore stopping parts from doing their job. We had to buy a brand new furnace. I have photos and reports if requested. I called Reed’s and explained issues and asked to have one of the owners contact me - they didn’t. I called again, same response. They actually ghosted me. Office staff quite rude and just says, “they will call you” then they don’t then they don’t answer my calls. Lennox has a 10 year warranty IF the builder or the installer applied, which neither did. If you are building through a builder or having a new furnace installed ——RUN…. hire a reputable company and be safe.

If there employees are anything like their customer service no thank you. Employee that drives truck with plate ckd5777 has a horrible attitude and likes to threaten people and elderly. I will make sure everyone knows this about the company. Get better employees and maybe you may get better reviews

Pay less get less, mediocre ductwork quality (a new technician practiced ductwork using our house at 16435 17 ave sw, not to name his name). Hot supply vents leak lots of air, certain rooms are much colder than others. Unfixable without removing all of the 1st floor ceiling. If you want to practice your new inexperienced technicians, send them to small duplexes with simple ductwork, and don't send them to big detached houses til they are fully qualified with air distribution.

The Service Technican showed up but did absolutely no work. He looked at the work completed by the developer and said it looked OK. He had not interest in actually repairing anything. I would never, never allow them back into our home..

Most unprofessional company ever , quality of the job was bad, not on time had to call many many times to get the job fully done, they broke my siding during installation and never repaired it's been more than 6 months and now they are not answering my calls/text. Stay away from this company and find a professional company .
