The technician came out to diagnose the problem and was very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was happening with our system. • We hired Right Way Air to replace our old AC unit with a new heat pump. Zhenis initially came out to do a diagnostic on our old unit and determined it's likely leaking refrigerant and he could replace our condenser, but we opted to have the whole system replaced instead. We got multiple bids from other companies and although Right Way Air came in at a higher bid, they were willing and able to install the brand of heat pump we wanted. We're glad we went with them because they did a clean install with new copper lines. Great communication through the whole process with Zhenis and his team. I would recommend Right Way Air to anyone looking for any HVAC work.
