• Rogers has been inspecting and servicing? our heating, cooling and humidifier for years, the last time fairly recently. Today my husband took up an offer for an inspection by a different company. The technician found that the humidifier had been leaking into the furnace for years. Our furnace is crumbling and must be replaced. I'm glad Rogers isn't going to do it.

• We have used this company several times over the 20 years we've lived in the Springs. They got a gas fireplace working again for us in our last house. They replaced our furnace and AC in our current home. And today, they came out to troubleshoot our AC. It was actually because we'd turned off multiple circuit breakers when doing electrical work and we failed to flip the AC breakers back on. Totally our fault and I wish we would have checked that ourselves earlier in the summer. But they didn't charge for the visit (since it's a fairly new unit) and were kind and respectful anyway. I'm so thrilled it was a quick and easy fix! Great team! Responsive & professional with employees that have a lot of longevity and a helpful attitude. Highly recommend!

• The installation work was solid—the technicians were professional and competent. However, I'm giving 2 stars because of repeated poor interactions with office staff (Peggy?). Last week she called accusing me of not paying, despite having sent a check. She admitted she hadn't checked the mailbox yet, but the accusatory tone was unnecessary. Today she called again about a bounced check—legitimately my accounting error, which I'd already caught. But her response was condescending; she lectured me about never wanting to 'deal with this again,' as if I were unreliable. In reality, this is my first bounced check in years. The work itself doesn't justify overlooking the mistreatment. I won't hire them again.

• Needed a new furnace and A/C when I first moved in. The install was clean, fast and professional. Those units are still running great to this day, almost 10 years later! Also, the last time I needed a service I called them during after hours and Sam came right out and didn't even charge. These guys do not forget their customers, and they take care of them. They are the best and will use them for all my HVAC needs as long as they are around!

• Rogers Heating and Cooling is one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. They installed a central heating and A/C unit in my 1600sq/ft home that is suitable for up to 800sq/ft. I had to have another company come by and install a new unit. So I paid twice. I should have known to go with a different company when there was trouble getting their HVAC system approved by the city. Peggy is also very rude. Please choose another company for HVAC.

Sad to see good mom and pops loose customer service to volume. They responded in a desperate time of need, so I have to be grateful for that.

• Absolutely rude. I was renting a town home when rogers heating and cooling had to come fix something. After moving out of the townhome, they called me 1 time to schedule a follow up thing and left a message, (that I never saw because I was in the process of moving and had a million things going on. Peggy then called me again a few days later and was absolutely rude and unprofessional. When I told her I had moved out she said in a snarky voice “and you don’t think you should have told us that” and then proceeded to hang up the phone. I called back and offered to give the property management number but she said she already had it and hung up again. The lack of professionalism and respect has really bothered me.

• We used Rogers several times and we’re previously satisfied however last week they sent Sam out to our home to fix an exhaust fan in our bathroom, he asked me to google how to fix this, I called Rogers asked to speak with a manager or owner Peggy said she was the manager, I explained everything that happened she asked me to email her the exhaust fan that I have, I did she responded that she received it, it has now been 9 days and she never bothered to call me back or email me. I do not recommend you use this company. I waited 9 days before writing this to see if she called but so far nothing. Moving on to a different company and will never recommend Rogers again.
