• My technician, Rod, came in for a 2nd opinion after I called a company named “around the clock” to come look at my system for freezing up. The first company told me my unit was 14 years old and said if it freezes up again they would likely have to install a new $12,000 HVAC unit. Rod came in and found out rather quickly that the issue was my filter being too thick and my system was actually 5 years old and not 14 years old. He did a full diagnostic of the outside and inside unit and checked the blow motor and furnace and everything checked out. Rod literally saved me over $10,000 because he was honest and thorough. I will refer him to anyone needing help in the future.
