• My a/c was working but needed coil cleaned. They came to my apartment and emptied the system of refrigerant...left the unit running with no refrigerant all day. They came here just to ruin and my a/c and then leave...no joke! WTH?!?!? There are a lot of other a/c companies in Colorado Springs. Use someone else!

• Called them on a Friday for a gas leak and they said they would come out the next day. they called the next day and said they have a "no work" order for our condo. I have called on several occasions to ask why they won't work for us and I keep getting the runaround. To American Mechanical. I don't know what we did to you but it's a pity that we needed your service for a gas leak and you refused. We have never not paid you or anyone else. Show me where I called for service and didn't pay, if you tried to bill us for somebody's unit and we didn't call you that's on you. I've called multiple times and spoke to Chris (I think that's his name), he keeps telling me he doesn't know and only some lady knows and she is never there even during business hours. You are not the only game in town, Thayer mechanical came out the same day (Saturday after your tech said no) and fixed our problem.

• I'm a tenant in an apartment an have been struggling with my ac off and on for so long its unreal. Leaks in my bathroom and my ac not kicking cold. My maintenence team finally put in a request to have a technician come out and actually fix the issue. Xavier showed up and immediately addressed what was going on. He ordered parts so quickly and showed up as soon as they were in. Hands down the nicest guy. So professional and down to earth. He was super respectful of my place and kept me in the loop while he was working. I am so glad to have this ac bs resolved before summer hits. I cant thank him enough! Honestly, this guy deserves a raise.

• Sergey came out to repair my dad's furnace this past weekend while I was visiting, and he was so friendly and professional. He went above and beyond to make sure we knew what the issue was, what he was doing to repair it, and he made sure to test they everything was working properly before he left. He even changed the filter and took the old one with him for disposal after showing me how cruddy it was. My dad has been using All American Mechanical exclusively for the last 20 years, and I use them as well at my own house.
