Our AC system stopped working today, on the Friday of labor day weekend (of course!), when we have houseguests coming in. I called them this morning and they were able to schedule me this afternoon. An extremely professional appearing young man (Walker), showed up exactly when they were scheduled, expertly diagnosed our issue (only a loose wire), and answered all of my questions about this system.
