• I had a problem with a toilet. I contacted a business and was told to purchase a new toilet due to the fact bolts were rusted out and leaking, I knew better than that. I then contacted Bullseye who sent Daniel over. He replaced the bolts and also told me the water source line needed to be replaced. That was it. • Update- 8-26-2026 Never got an answer or an update or a solution for a smart toilet. Guess that’s out the window but anyways I had a water system built for me by Rampart and these guys looked at the entire house and gave me a bid to install it. Rampart made a couple changes to the system, sent me and Shawna both the entire list of parts and they said they would come install it When the tech showed up, he had no idea what he was looking at or even if it would work. This poor communication with techs is unprofessional. The tech finally figured it out after three trips to the supply house and a nine hour install. I’m looking at a three grand Bill. More than the estimate and it looks like I’m paying for all the field trips and unnecessary work. To top it all off the guy didn’t even finish the job but wanted three grand the worst part about it. Is he hand me an instruction manual to tell me that I need to fill up the salt tank and figure it out because he doesn’t know how to do it. He didn’t even bother taking the salt down to the Mechanical room and when he got here, he had to borrow my stuff in the garage just to haul the stuff downstairs. The system that was built for my house has labels on it that is not supposed to be tipped sideways at all because the insights cannot move around. He took them out of the box put them sideways and roll them down through my lawn. What a great unprofessional company this is. The craziest part is when he was showing me the system. It was leaking and he told me how much he didn’t like to use the pro press tools that they gave him. I think I would’ve been better off going to another company and I think it’s best to have another company coming and inspect their work. These guys like to have an attitude on the phone and don’t understand why. I will go elsewhere but I have them come over to look at a smart toilet and saw and they basically told me nothing and then when I called back to see if we could find a toilet that would work they say that they need to come out again. After already paid $200 with them just to come out and look at it. Go anywhere else

• Caleb came out and advised of what we would need to do and an estimate of repair cost. I dug out the pipe and got the water shut off, then called to schedule him back. He came and installed new pipe to replace to old pipe very quickly. He advised against installing a ball valve on the outside faucet because of the PVC pipe. He waited for Strathmore Water to come and turn on the water and check for leaks. We felt that he cared for us and the quality of his work. We highly recommend him to anybody.
