• I purchased a house, in which they put in a brand new furnace, I understood it was under warranty. They came out to fix a problem in which the heater kept shutting off due to whatever. I was charged a service call $89 plus labor. Total of $260. The initial issue is not fixed because the warranty company told them they had caused the problem, which they didn’t. Anyway. A new part can be warrantied out according to the tech but I am still responsible for $460 worth of labor. Brad, the owner is the only person I’ve worked with when he came he was very honest and guided me to how to change my thermostat and didn’t charge me anything. Not sure I will be going thru them again because under warranty doesn’t really cover anything it seems like. Anyway thank you guys for your work. They called and told me a service call is $105 Their website lists a service call for $89
