David was working on my neighbors unit next door so I asked him if there were any other options. He set me up with an appointment and came out and performed an advanced leak search and found the leak. He has ordered the parts needed and will be back to fix the leak as well as clean the unit. • Made an appointment a month ago for service between 7am and 9am. I tried setting service for the previous Friday but was told they aren’t interested in working on Fridays. Explained that the time was very important since we are in from out of state and turning over home to renters and we had flights scheduled. Show up at the house at 7am. No show, no call. Figured out they’d rescheduled us and failed to inform. Tried canceling service and dispatch refused and indicated a manager would call. No call. They’ve so far refused to cancel or show up during the scheduled window. This is the second time Meyers has done this to us. Absolutely avoid this company.
