  • Called to get my furnace checked, they told my 81 old father that part of the furnace was cracked and leaking carbon monoxide into my house at unsafe levels. Then told me they could give me a discounted price for a new 4500.00 furnace but only for 2 days after that it would be more expensive. Called another company and they told me everything was fine and carbon monoxide levels were good! Glad I got a second opinion. THIS COMPANY WILL LIE AND STEAL FROM YOU!!!

  • Cody and Henry spent over 3 hours dialing in our new Lennox a/c unit. Finally got it just right so it cools perfectly! We are very happy with our complete Lennox system. Parkey and now the new owners have been great throughout our 16 years. Definitely appreciate all the efforts made by Cody and Henry.

  • Our water heater was leaking so we called Parkeys. I was a bit concerned when I learned it is now R. Buck as we had used Parekys for a while. Jeremy came out and was friendly, knowledgeable and promptly took care of the issue. In addition to quickly getting us back up and running, I appreciated the ease of booking (I booked online), the call when he was 10 minutes out, and that he was within the stated time frame of arrival. Thanks, Jeremy and R Buck!

  • I don't normally write google reviews, but Parkay is a company that doesn't hold up there appointment times. They tell you a time line and if your not first in the day, you will be waiting after your time frame. They also do not call and let you know when they are running late. I had a maintenance plan with them, and it means nothing when your system goes down. There techs also dont bring the right tools and if its late in the day, they end your appointment due to them being so "busy". None of this is conveyed to the customer in real time, or communicated in any way. Pick another company that actually holds to the timelines they give you, and if they cant at least lets you know in real time.

  • These day's it's hard to find a good company that you can feel good about having done business with, this is one of those companies! We had our furnace and A/C done.

  • Worst experience I have ever had with a company I would strongly urge anyone to use someone else

  • We bought a package from Parkey’s for our rental property which provided a biannual check on our furnace and a/c unit. We were contacted a few weeks ago stating it was time for the furnace check, we got this scheduled. They also informed us that Parkey’s is now R. Buck Heating Upon the inspection we were told our furnace was going to be going out “soon,” I asked how soon and was told they didn’t have a crystal ball so didn’t know. They stated for new parts it would be $3500 so better replace our furnace for $8500 instead. Just for confirmation we called a second company before moving forward with replacement. We were told at this point that our furnace still looks good and that Parkey's put the incorrect filter on, that it was too large and folded and stuck in and that it wasn’t cleaned correctly but otherwise in great working condition. Be aware of what they tell you. Our person who came out was Mike. He had us fretting over the replacement of a new furnace for no reason. Such a scam.

  • they came and put in a new furnace for me {Journey and Kory} and they also came back and fixed a problem that I had with my gas pipe coming into my house. I think they did a great job and my dog love them to.

  • Just had one of Parkey's sister companies (Absolute) come out and fix a leaking toilet. Outstanding and Fast Service!

  • I wanted to purchase a furnace from Lowes and was connected to Parkey's through Lowes' installation department. However, the guy from Parkey's wanted to sell me a furnace that cost twice as much as the one I wanted to purchase from Lowes, and it wasn't even a brand that Lowes sells. When I called Lowes back, they contacted Parkey's, but they never got back to me. It seems like Parkey's was only interested if they could upsell me. Their response that they do not install owner-purchased items makes no sense when they are working with Lowes Home Services. Why are they working with Lowes when they won't install a Lowes product? As far as saying they offer a variety of purchase points, why did they only offer me products that cost twice as much as what I wanted to buy? Why not offer me all those variety of purchase points right away. By never getting back to me, they just confirmed that they really only wanted me to buy their expensive furnace. Review update (2/15/23). So now that I have to buy a new furnace, I started working with another company. I discovered by researching the furnace that Parkey's listed in their estimate that it wasn't their most expensive. In fact, it had the same middle efficiency as my current furnace. Their price appears to have been competitive since prices have increased since then, and a comparable furnace estimate I received from another company seems about the same. But the Parkey's guy never explained all this to me. I was never told what the efficiency rating was, so I had no way to compare it. Had he explained everything, and I was able to compare prices, I probably would have bought it. I also learned that Lowes and Home Depot have exclusive contracts with certain companies and the prices they list for furnaces when you do a search on their websites do not include things like wiring, duct work, etc., high altitude tuning that are part of the regular installation. So something else I would have appreciated being explained to me at the time instead of, we don't do owner purchased furnaces or that they exclusively install one brand. Again, the lack of communication and explanation lost the sale. But I am willing to give them one more star for not trying to upsell me right away.

  • Very happy with the way the manager handled my situation. Came out and fixed the problem and was genuinely concerned about my issues. I appreciate people like him who wholeheartedly care about their customers.

  • Parkeys installed our furnace and it works great! We didn't realize how much our old furnace was not working (keeping the house warm). We chose the 2 stage furnace which really works well. The two technicians that came for the install were very cordial and worked nonstop for four hours. Very professional job. Will have Parkeys come back and install our air conditioning eventually. I highly recommend this company.

  • Had to reschedule the first time because the guy wasn't qualified to work on a tankless water heater. A week later another guy comes out just to tell my wife that there was no problems with the heater and charged us anyway! To my shock and surprise, the water heater is still making a loud earthshaking sound and the water still goes from hot to cold. Absolutely pointless. I'll have to call another company now that will actually fix the issue. Thanks for nothing

  • They installed my hydronic heating system years ago. I've had them out several times. The past few years have been downhill. Now they are more likely to no show no call than fix your problem. Call them on it and they'll act like they've never spoken to you before.

    Michael D.

  • We called Parkeys because furnace wasn't working. Technician just went for the easy and expensive fix which didn't fix the problem. Without trying to diagnose the issue, technician was then just trying to sell us another part that he thought could be the problem. Finally decided to call another company which did a through inspection Found out Parkeys hadn't been doing proper maintenance on the furnace all these years. Basically have been stealing our money including the latest 700. Will never use them again. Thank you for your response. The only way you can remedy this problem is by reimbursing us for the parts that were installed that we didn't need and which didn't solve the problem.

  • Excellent Customer Service from Tate and his assistant, They fixed an wiring issue on my Boiler that was overheating a pump. This same pump broke last yr. and my pipes burst in my garage, causing terrible damage and thousands. He was here for regular service and repaired this so the pump will not burn up and I will not loose heat. He is a Master Plumber with great ability to listen and solve my worries. I would consider him to be a great value to your company and want to ask for Tate for all future annual check or any further issues. Thank you very much again. Sally

  • Super happy with the Boiler Parkeys installed for us in May! We have already saved probably $300+ on our gas bills and the unit looks great. The whole team was so professional and nice while completing the work. I will absolutely be calling them again for other plumbing needs.

  • Got a call from ‘Myam’ from the front desk. Spoke to me in a very rude and unsolicited manner, saying her guys will charge me a lot and acting like she wanted to get off the phone as quickly as she called (which was during a meeting I was in). I was hesitant to work with the company, but have a trusted friend who spoke very highly of the company and the owner…not sure if the same company was in mind at this point.

    Eden D.

  • Excellent service from Tate to correct a boiler issue. I appreciated his willingness to explain the issue and how to correct it. He tested several times before leaving to ensure that the unit was working correctly before leaving. Grateful to Parkey’s and Tate for getting me on the schedule right away and restoring heat to the house.

  • I was very impressed by the air conditioning service I received from Julian as well as Kory and Journey. They were professional, helpful and very knowledgeable in installing a new air conditioner. I highly recommend Parkey's. Today, Nov. 10, I had Michael Smejkal service my furnace. What a great guy. Once again, another Parkey’s employee that was very professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He could teach a class in customer service.

  • I was very impressed by Tate B. who was here today to fix the faucets in the kitchen. He took his time to diagnose the problem and was extremely personable and knowledgeable about plumbing. He was very open about his background and experience. Also he stayed with it until it wasn't leaking at all. A+ rating on all levels. Thank You

  • I am adding an addendum to my review below and changing it from 2 stars to 4 stars. I called the company per the request from their response ( see below) and spoke with their office assistant Andrea regarding my issues. She was very professional and calmy and kindly handled my concerns. They apologized for the experiences and sent another more experienced plumber out the next day without any further service charges. The plumber, Tate, was very polite and knowledge. After doing some problem shooting he was able to fix the problem of the toilet flushing sluggishly with a simple adjustment to the flapper in the tank. I really appreciate the way they came through for me and would recommend their company. My first review: I have used this company in the past and had good service but not this year. I had a technician come out to do the annual furnace check and the tech seemed nervous and unsure of what he was doing. He asked me if I had a manual for the furnace so he could look up the specs. Finally, he figured it out and got thru everything. I think it worked ok but the whole thing was a strange experience. The next week I had one of their plumbers come out to look at my toilet that wasn't flushing right. He flushed it several times and of course it flushed normally each time but it was frustrating because he didn't really offer much advice or input, didn't do anything else to check it out and seemed very disinterested in what he was doing. He was only here 15-20 minutes at the most and gave up and still charged me the full amount for the service call. I asked if he could possibly give me a break on the charge so he went outside and called the office and came back in and said no. My toilet is still not flushing properly. I don't recommend this business and will not be using them anymore.

  • Just had Tate out from Parkey's to install a pressure tank on our hot water heater. He replaced the tank, cleaned up some of the existing fittings that needed attention, and checked out the rest of the existing fittings/pipes. Tate arrived promptly during the prearranged times set to have the work completed. Upon completing the necessary work, Tate cleaned up the work area. Tate was a professional representative of Parky's and should be commended for his service.

  • Terrell was amazing! He provided friendly, professional, and experienced service. In no time at all Terrell and the team at parkey's showed up, provided quality work, at a very reasonable price. Meanwhile the competition was scheduling us weeks out, as the weather cooled. Thanks again to Tyrell and Justin, keep up the great work!

    Josh M.

  • They sent out a mechanic that spent 10-15 minutes out here for $149 to tell me the whole system to include the furnace and hvac need to be replaced and that they will not fix the problem that they THINK is the problem. So they also didn't confirm the actual problem stopping them from following up with the fix!

    Steven R.

  • I hired Parkey's replace my hot-water heater. I have an old house that doesn't have a drain in the utility closet but the team at Parkey's found an alternate solution to safely empty the hot-water heater and replace it. They were fast and very clear in communication. Highly recommended!
