Benjamin did a fantastic job!! April was quick to set this appointment for HVAC. April set a new additional appointment based on this experience for a future plumbing inquiry.

I fixed my swamp cooler myself. It’s producing about 67 degrees inside on a 93 degree day. I had asked for a different guy but they sent me the same person as before. He could only get to about 78 degrees inside on a 85 degree day and told me this was the best I could expect. The contractors in this state are the worst I’ve ever seen. In the South, we never had any issue whatsoever with anyone who's worked on our plumbing or hvac. They are unreliable, they do not diagnose issues properly and do not seem to want to make (or I should say "earn") any money really. I finally had enough and just figured it out myself. The guy who came out did not take the time to diagnose the real issues. It needed new pads (got those for $20 at Lowe’s for 4 of them), needed a new spider ($15) and needed the pump cleaned out a little -- I unplugged it, looked at the bottom, saw a few strands of the old pad in there and removed them, plugged it back in and lo and behold -- swamp cooler now running like a champ. That part only took about 15 minutes. I played with it through the whole process: water intake > pump > spider > pads. I cannot believe these people do not do this properly. I'm a software engineer. I would lose my job immediately if I didn't take the time to do these things correctly. Anyways, don’t feel bad, the other 2 guys who came out before and after your guy didn’t do shit either. I’m sure Priority does decent enough on hvac — I guess. But the guy didn’t help at all with my swamp cooler. All this and I would have been happy to spend a lot of money on the fix but the dude did not seem interested. It all worked out though because I now understand this thing backwards and forwards. If you’re having trouble with yours, look me up on LinkedIn, I have a sort of unique name, you’ll find me easily and I’ll be happy to give you a hand if I can. If another contractor hadn't spammed me on my phone asking for a review so much, I wouldn’t have posted this. Thanks!

Outstanding Service Recognition – Priority Plumbing I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service provided by three members of the Priority Plumbing team: Cassandra, Sean, and Clyde. Each of them went above and beyond in their roles, and their professionalism truly stands out. Cassandra has been outstanding from the beginning. Her communication, follow-through, and willingness to work with me made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She consistently demonstrated patience, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. Sean also delivered exceptional support. He went above and beyond to ensure I received the best possible pricing and discounts available. His transparency, honesty, and dedication to helping me make the most cost-effective decision were greatly appreciated. Finally, Clyde provided top-level service during the installation of my Halo 5 water filtration system. His workmanship, knowledge, and professionalism were evident throughout the entire visit. He completed the installation efficiently and ensured everything was functioning perfectly before leaving. His customer-focused approach and skill reflect highly on Priority Plumbing. Together, Cassandra, Sean, and Clyde exemplify what outstanding customer service looks like. Ken and Grant were both amazing. I absolutely appreciated both of them working hard and figuring out what the issue was. Grant even came back the same day to fix the issue once it was figured out when he had an opening. We really appreciated that so we could use our shower again. Replaced my water pressure regulator and shower valve

Paul was excellent. I had a new sump pump and alarm installed because my original one was constantly going off and was very loud. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I never felt like he was trying to upsell me or pressure me into going for the more expensive option. He gave me several options and I am highly satisfied with the end product and my overall experience with Priority Plumbing and Heating was great.
