• This is the best heating and air conditioning company in town! I call them each year to service my heater, and air conditioner. They are thorough, and their prices are very fair. Each technician is amazing. My last tech was Joe, and he explained all that he did to make sure my heater was in great and safe operating condition. They treat you like family. I will ALWAYS have them as my go-to specialists! UPDATE!!!!! So this was a review I wrote 6 months ago but didn't hit post. Robbins did it again, TODAY! Dallas figured out what had happened to our air conditioning unit. A freak electrical outage of a few seconds caused it to malfunction. He was thorough, and very experienced. He also recognized a potential issue in the future, and gave an estimate of if and when it fails. This company is amazing. The care and expertise of the technicians is a great reflection of the integrity of the company. And the cost is VERY reasonable. I HIGHLY recommend!!!

• Professional, courteous, polite and they always leave the areas they work in neat and tidy. I had maintenance on three Mitsubishi mini-split units and a repair on one of them. He then went through a number of electrical, temperature and pressure checks on the air conditioning system ensuring everything was operating properly. He also did a very thorough job of washing out and cleaning the compressor unit. Robbins will be coming back this fall to go through the heating system. He quickly diagnosed the problem, but it turned out the furnace manufacturer had sold out to another company and parts were no longer stocked in the Springs. However, Dallas was able to locate the needed motor and control panel in Denver, get it fast tracked to Colorado Springs within just over an hour, and make the needed repair within another hour. • We recently had Robbins come out for an annual furnace service, Mike was our technician and he was professional, pleasant and skilled. He found a few issues with our furnace and made several suggestions. We reviewed his suggestions and opted to get a quote on a new furnace. Mike made a call and Steve came out within 30 minutes, rearranging his schedule to make it easier for our family. Steve presented different system options, sent detailed quotes and left us all the information we needed to make a good decision for our home. We looked into second opinions as a matter of due diligence and found Robbins to be the most competitive bid. George and Tom came out to do the install, they were on time and fantastic.
