Josh and crew had perfect communication during the process. They showed up on time and completed the install faster than I had thought possible. They spent time with me on setting up my phone app and learning the thermostat. Great job and I highly recommend Solid Rock. I had to make a call to Solid Rock for a furnace not working. Josh made an after hours visit, quickly diagnosed the problem, found the part we needed, picked it up and installed it that night! We have a tenant that needed heat and Josh delivered. So impressed with this company and I HIGHLY recommend them for heat and A/C. Sarah in the office is also a star.

Solid Rock Heating and Air Conditioning is a five star rocking company. I met with the owner Joshua Sanders for options and estimates to install AC in a house that has never had AC. Joshua was extremely professional, personable, and knowledgeable in all aspects of the products and installation process. He provided me with several options that would fit my needs in this dry high altitude environment. We discussed each option in depth until I was satisfied I had what I needed to make an informed decision. One of my concerns was providing power to the AC condenser without knocking big holes in my dry wall. He put my fears to rest by describing an option his electrical sub contractors P&L Electric would most likely use. I liked that Solid Rock was a small local business with great online reviews. I also liked that I was offered not only the manufacturers warranty on parts, but also a three year labor warranty. After a week to get and consider several other estimates and ask a few more questions of Joshua and Sarah in the office, I chose to have Solid Rock do the installation. The installation went smoothly and without a hitch. Joshua and Lee are a fantastic detail oriented team as were the electricians Rick and Mike. I did have one call back for a rattle that developed and Joshua came out and was very thorough in eliminating the noise which was most likely the furnace and not the AC. I can't say enough great things about Joshua and his company other than to say I plan on using his services again when I need to replace my furnace.

We loved these guys. They switched our thermostat from a remote unit to a wired nest unit, which took some skill. They were thorough and very reasonable. I had another quote that was much higher from another company. I think the process took them a bit longer but they still honored the quote for us We were impressed with their knowledge, direct communication and professionalism. They will be out go-to HVAC company from here out! Update: they replaced a furnace for us and we are still impressed with the courtesy, professionalism and quality work

Our A/C condenser went out, and from the moment Lee arrived, we knew we were in good hands. He quickly diagnosed the root cause and was even able to track down a replacement condenser, which was no easy task considering the age of our unit. The repair was completed quickly, and our home was cool again the very same day. Throughout the entire process, Lee was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely great to talk with. They also offer a military discount, which was greatly appreciated. It’s hard to find honest, reliable HVAC companies these days, but Solid Rock Heating and Air has definitely earned our trust.
