Absolute Comfort, Inc has been my HVAC source for both heating and air conditioning (product selection, installation, maintenance, and repair) for about a decade. I find Nick (owner) to be extremely knowledgeable, responsive, competitive, and above all trustworthy. Most recently, Dylan and Scott, installed a new IBC Boiler to replace an end of life Triangle Boiler. Their retrofit design (into my former Triangle implementation) is outstanding. Of particular note, their implementation improves the maintainability of my radiant heating system going forward.

We needed a new furnace and air conditioning unit. We had used Absolute Comfort for years to service our previous furnace. We got several quotes from different companies due to the size of the purchase. Ultimately we chose Absolute Comfort once again. Nick came over, reviewed what we currently had, what we wanted going forward and gave us three options for a replacement and his ultimate recommendation. Woke up to the heater blowing cold air this morning. After looking at reviews I chose Absolute Comfort, Inc as my first call. Talk about friendly fast service! Easy to get an appointment in a reasonable time frame. Friendly - both the person on the phone and the person who came and serviced our AC/Furnace. Explained what he did and that there are no concerns at this time. Did check the date on the water heater also and let me know how old it is.
