• The installation went well. They worked with my schedule and made sure it got done as expected. James & Bennett did a great job and made sure to clean up after they were done. They even had to adjust some of my existing ductwork to ensure the intake/exhaust pipe complied with standard codes. Tom made a separate visit and did an amazing job ensuring the multi-stage capability of my new system works properly. This guy knows his stuff! After spending half a year fielding quotes from well-reviewed companies, I finally decided to take a chance on Advantage Heating and Cooling because my 26-year-old system was showing signs of slowing down. I got a great deal on a 4-stage dual-fuel HVAC system setup that was hard to pass up. They even suggested delaying the project for a month so I could get a revised deal with lower financing costs. That is all thanks to Paul. Right before accepting the offer, I went back and reviewed all my previous emails from a few months back to compare other quotations and I realized he was the very first to reply on the queries back when i was just starting my research. I am not exactly sure if he is just a Sales guy or also an Installation Manager because he was present every step of the way. I would not have gone with Advantage if not for Paul’s input and honest assessment. I say "honest" because, before I accepted the offer, I had already done my homework on the technical side of things and pricing. He is a really reliable man! I guess only time will tell how well the system holds up long-term and how good their future service will be, but based on my experience so far, I would definitely recommend them. 09/09/2026: Special thanks to Kyle, who fixed the sensor errors I was seeing. I know it was not that serious, but it was annoying to not be able to see the system status on the control board. Kyle did an easy, clean, and quick job on the RAT and SAT installation. He also double-checked the system wiring to make sure everything was in order and connected properly. I believe he is their best service technician—a true expert!"

• The service we recently received from Advantage Heating was fantastic! We purchased a high-efficiency furnace (Rheem) from another heating company in 2022, and had problems with the water sensors from the start. That company came out multiple times over the years, telling us various reasons as to why it wasn't working properly. After their latest service call, they told us that we needed a new valve, which they replaced, and then told us that we needed to adjust the pressure on other appliances in our home. Their estimate was around $3000. We decided to get a 2nd opinion and called Advantage. I spoke with Miguel. He was friendly, helpful (on both information and costs) and listened to me as I shared our situation. The company was able to send a technician over the same day. They sent Taylor. He was amazing. He looked at the furnace and other appliances. He discovered that the valve that had been placed on our furnace was lacking the conversion kit needed for LP rather than natural gas. He went back to the shop, got the part and came back to install that same day, which was well after business hours. The next day, we noticed we were still seeing the error code on the water sensor. We talked to Miguel again, and he was able to arrange for Taylor to come back and look at the furnace that day. Advantage Heating is a Carrier furnace provider, but Taylor took the time to download the installation information on our Rheem furnace, so that he could gain understanding to fix the issue. From his research, he discovered that the water sensors/drains had been incorrectly installed from the original installation. He stayed late again and fixed the issue, which had been the cause of our problem from the beginning. Thank you Miguel, Taylor and Advantage Heating for your outstanding custom service, your integrity, and your efforts to figure out the problem and fix it. Well done!

• We had been told by a different company that our entire HVAC system was at risk of eminent failure. This sounded pretty fishy, so we called Advantage for a second opinion. The base price for the visit was $94, so almost double what the first company charged, but after 45 minutes the technician laughed at the idea of us replacing the system. In the end the entire visit was $170, but they saved us from needlessly paying thousands. We greatly appreciate the honesty and professionalism of everyone at the company and will definitely be using Advantage in the future for any HVAC needs! Update for 2026: Advantage is still one of the best HVAC companies in town. We finally had our furnace replaced and they were able to get a new one in promptly with no fuss.
