• The owner DJ and Air Conditioning Plus were recommended to me by a neighbor, whose son used to work for the company. My neighbors had told me that DJ is fair and honest. We had them replace our Furnace and AC units. DJ was here the whole time with his team. I highly recommend this company!

• We have been working with Air Conditioning Plus for several years and couldn’t recommend them enough! The furnace at our old house broke and we were quoted 10k by two of the bigger brands in town. Fix it Phil from ACP came out and fixed the problem in less than an hour for about $100. Our new homes furnace broke last year and same story - Phil corrected the problem for about $100. This year the 15 yr old furnace went out again and the team tried everything they could to get it corrected over the course of 2-3 visits. They gave us options to fix it and a realistic prognosis for how long it would last… we decided to just replace the whole thing and we are happy to say it cost way less than 10k! Customer service and timeliness is top notch and you can tell the whole team really cares. Wish we could rate them 10 stars!

• In a word, AMAZING!!!! These guys are angels, seriously, angels. DJ from Air Conditioning Plus came to our home on CHRISTMAS EVE after our pipes froze and the boiler burst. He helped us to get the water leak and associated damage under control, and then spent his Christmas Day locating a new boiler for us. Within a week, the new boiler was installed, the pipes were fixed and all of the repairs and replacement work was done with consummate professionalism. • Called four HVAC vendors to come take a look at my air condition unit. Each one were booked two weeks out except for One Source. They showed up and spent two hours looking at the system and declared that it needed upgrades costing roughly $11,000. I called DJ for a second opinion and they scheduled me in the next morning at 9 o’clock. Upon their review all that was needed was a new fan motor. Philip went and got the replacement parts and had it all repaired within two hours for the cost of $790. Strongly recommend this company for their honesty and professionalism.

• They came to service my AC to my new house, servicing paid for by the seller and then it didn’t work when I moved to the house. When I called them to come and take a look at what the problem was or even educate me more on the problem, if it was something I could fix over the phone, they told me i would have to pay a fee of 95$ for them to come and look at it, if not, I should go and find another place to look at the problem they might have caused. He was very rude about it as well.

• Kudos to DJ with Air Conditioning Plus for his professional expertise in fine tuning our newer furnace and installing a RGF system - a proven anti-bacterial, mold and viral technology. You just can't overstate the vast knowledge that come with years of experience in residential and commercial HVAC. DJ listened to our questions and concerns. He then systematically started his diagnostic process. With a variety of meters and testing equipment, he was able to identity necessary adjustments that made all the difference. He actually took the time necessary to do the proper testing. I liked that he was more than willing to explain what and why he was doing each activity. Once he got the furnace dialed in, he was able to quickly install the new RGF System. This is something he personally by and has installed in his own home. I can't thank him enough for his pleasant attitude, patience and professionalism. I also learned he is an adjunct instructor at PPCC for the HVAC training. I highly recommed him if you want it done right and by someone you can actually trust!
